How to Know If My Booking Has Been Confirmed

Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email containing your hotel voucher and itinerary details. This may take around 5 to 10 minutes.

You can also check your booking status via My Booking on your Traveloka App or website. Your voucher will appear on My Booking and Purchase List as soon as your booking is confirmed. If you are unable to see your voucher, please try logging out and logging in again.
