Hotel Receptionist Couldn’t Find My Booking

In the rare event that the hotel receptionist is unable to find your booking, please ask the hotel staff to double check the guest name and itinerary ID as stated on your voucher. Please also make sure that you are checking in at the check-in time stated on your voucher. 

If you still encounter difficulties during check-in, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Booking on your Traveloka App and select your hotel booking.
  2. Tap Need Check-in Help? At the top of your hotel voucher. This button will appear one day before your check-in date.
  3. Select a check-in issue that reflects your situation. Our Customer Service team will be alerted to your selection and will help you solve your issue.

Alternatively, you can also Contact Us. Please have your Traveloka Booking ID ready.

Please note that the first person on your hotel booking guest list is the lead guest, who should be present at the hotel during check-in.
