The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep.

Lovely hotel in stunning location. Views from the room were amazing. We were half board and the food was excellent. Can’t fault anything about our stay.

Great staff, good breakfast. Lovely cosy & inviting downstairs communal areas.
Expedia room very basic & well worn. Cracked walls around window, broken lamps in room, stains on walls etc. Everything has seen used lots over the years & in need of a good update. Requested a double bed but had twin beds that seperate when sleeping on shiny floor. Very clean, good views, ideally located for hiking. Suited our needs very well, luxury jet bathtub.
Could be about £20 cheaper until upgrades happen to improve tired areas in room. Still it was comfortable & friendly.

Great location and room, but very poor table service in the restaurant - waiter was miserable and rude.. opened kitchen door in my and didn't apologies (like it was my fault) - food wasn't hot or even warm.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating but the property is a little bit outdated and needs new money. We liked it though and the breakfast was amazing. Staff even helped us clean our cars from snow in the morning, very friendly, thank you.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and nice to have a little balcony. Our only complaint was that since we were in an end room, the WiFi signal was not very strong.
