Older hotel, nice environment, The staff didn’t speak English, even though I paid at hotesl.com, the stuff asked me to pay again.

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up.

The property and area were beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to help us. Very friendly.

The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep.

Great older hotel in very good condition with very helpful staff. Very nice restaurant, bar, hame room, tennis courts and bicycle storage area.

The three course dinner was outstanding. Restaurant staff was excellent.

Great staff, good breakfast. Lovely cosy & inviting downstairs communal areas. Expedia room very basic & well worn. Cracked walls around window, broken lamps in room, stains on walls etc. Everything has seen used lots over the years & in need of a good update. Requested a double bed but had twin beds that seperate when sleeping on shiny floor. Very clean, good views, ideally located for hiking. Suited our needs very well, luxury jet bathtub. Could be about £20 cheaper until upgrades happen to improve tired areas in room. Still it was comfortable & friendly.

Lovely hotel in stunning location. Views from the room were amazing. We were half board and the food was excellent. Can’t fault anything about our stay.

Great location and room, but very poor table service in the restaurant - waiter was miserable and rude.. opened kitchen door in my and didn't apologies (like it was my fault) - food wasn't hot or even warm. Room was great.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating but the property is a little bit outdated and needs new money. We liked it though and the breakfast was amazing. Staff even helped us clean our cars from snow in the morning, very friendly, thank you.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and nice to have a little balcony. Our only complaint was that since we were in an end room, the WiFi signal was not very strong.

Lovely hotel in very pretty village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. WIFI did not work in the room. I had to work in the hotel lobby.

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones y el baño muy limpios; todo el personal muy amable, sobre todo el camarero portugués q nos atendió, no recuerdo su nombre, volveremos sin duda.

Es un hotel acogedor, habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas, un poco ruidoso el suelo de madera, se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos. Personal atento y agradable. Vistas preciosas a la montaña. Repetiremos.

Muy bien, hemos estado hace 14 años y todo esta igual, pero bien mantenido. Hotel de 3 estrellas acogedor.

Excelente hotel y restaurante!!! Volveré muy pronto :)
