Hotel was surprisingly nice. A huge room and toilet, very clean and comfortable. Only drawback was a huge group that made the restaurant a bit messy but besides, it was a very nice stay.

Very good value motel in a very good convenient location, very comfortable with more luxuries than you would expect from a low cost hotel, such as a spa bath and marble bathroom with toiletries supplied. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a lovely experience staying at this hotel. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived. The reception staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful.
The self service breakfast was very good. All food on offer was excellent. This is a very old hotel but it's clean good value and right in the centre of the city. Very convenient for shopping and dining out.

Pretty good location in central Mendoza - we walked to many things. Parking was confusing. Breakfast was OK but not great - dry white bread, no cold milk, toaster didn't work well. Staff was helpful but you may have some problems if your Spanish is poor like ours.

Enjoyed our stay here. Close to shopping. Easy to get around. Very little English spoken but easy enough to communicate. Nice parks close by. Hotel has nice breakfast and reasonable menu for lunch or dinner. Not expensive. Large lounge area. Can store luggage. Would stay there again.
