I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. The facilities were excellent, and everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend Pan Pacific to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

Super great location if you are planning to stay in Perth CBD, as it is just 2 minutes' walk to the Murray Street Mall that has many shops, cafes, restaurants, and also hosts Perth Underground (Train Station). Overall, my 5-night stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly (just like any of the local Perth residents). The room, however, is a bit small for a two-person stay, but my wife and I made do with it as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. Will definitely come back.

Honest Review: Staying at The Starwest Apartments Alderney on Hay (Family with Kids) We were highly satisfied with our overall stay at this apartment. Traveling as a family with young kids, the location was absolutely brilliant and offered excellent value. It sits right within the *Free Transit Zone*, and the nearest Red CAT bus stop is just a 2 to 3 minute walk from the entrance. This made navigating the city with children incredibly convenient and completely free. Price-wise, it is exceptionally cheap for a property in the CBD. In fact, we ran into 2 or 3 other Malaysian family groups who chose to stay here for the exact same reason: it is rare to find something this budget-friendly in the heart of the city. In terms of cleanliness, everything was good. We are not fussy travelers, and you have to understand that for a short-term holiday rental, minor wear and tear like a slightly chipped cabinet or small cosmetic issues here and there is completely normal. It wasn’t a major problem at all and didn't affect our stay whatsoever. The apartment amenities were excellent for family needs. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for dealing with the kids' daily laundry. The only real letdown was the Wi-Fi connection, which was very slow and frequently disconnected. Regarding the $200 security bond, the refund was processed very quickly; we received it just a day after checking out. I know there are many negative reviews online regarding the deposit, but honestly, as long as you don't break anything, there is no need to worry. We made sure to take good care of the place and left the apartment in the same tidy condition as we found it upon check-in.

Amazing stay all round. The check in was smooth, which was much appreciated so late in the evening. I ordered dinner and breakfast via room service and both were delicious. The location meant I could walk along the river before checking out. Couldn’t recommend enough.
