Great location - close to everything This hotel is quirky and cute - I love their "do not disturb signs!". The beds are comfortable, the shower is good, the room is a good size. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the subway, trams and other places of interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. We lost our luggage and they were very nice to give us some things we needed until we got back our bag. They securely kept our bag when it was delivered from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and fancy. The food could be better.

The property was lovely with great amenities. I didn’t rate it a 5 because of the room. The medium size room is pretty small and climate was not working well, so it was pretty warm in the room. With that being said, the hotel itself is great as it has a spa, a delicious restaurant and an amazing rooftop bar! We ended our night at the rooftop bar each day during our stay, it was fantastic. Great vibes, music, there was dancing, and delicious drinks! The location is very walkable and transportation is very accessible.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful and very friendly. We had the best shower, hot water was great! The restaurant serves really lovely food. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is really well located. Its quirky and i liked the decor. The rooftop bar was excellent as were the sauna and steam rooms. I would book again.

Not a massive fan of the hotel, it fit what we needed and chose to stay as we’ve stayed in other hotels in the 25hours family, but we weren’t enamoured with this hotel. The decor was quite whacky and seemed a bit outdated in places. Lobby was lovely. We were given a room on a low floor so it was very noisy, very hot (room was hot and couldn’t cool without windows open making it noisier) & the bed linen wasn’t great - duvet stained etc. It was conveniently located, but wouldn’t stay again.

Just returned from a 4 night stay had an excellent and enjoyable vacation Hotel is very convenient to all attractions and museums Liked the roof top bar where the staff were very attentive The dining room was very convenient and reasonably priced. Will definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend to all future travelers

Location was excellent

Our room was sufficient, but very very small. Would have liked a little more elbow room. Bathroom was well lit, but no shelves or places to put things down. Definitely a party place at night in the bar on the roof. Restaurant was good but a little pricey. Friendly staff.

very clean , Confort

Great location and surprisingly clean rooms. Usually a site is lacking in location or cleanliness, but this place was excellent with both. Service was great, amenities were great. The ONLY negative I can say about 25hour is the pillows. There is nothing there, it is like sleeping on a sheet. Otherwise, great hotel.

Excellent position in the center of town. Staff super kind

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, with fantastic bars and restaurants nearby, all frequented by locals. However, the rest of my experience was disappointing, and the reasons for my low rating are too lengthy to fully explain. The biggest issue was the nightclub located directly above my room, which completely ruined my 4-night stay. Despite booking the most expensive room, it felt very basic, with the incredible view being the only highlight. There was poor management, with no communication between the front desk and management. The room came with a free mini-bar, but it was never stocked, even after I requested it three times. The hotel's website was misleading, and the room description and facilities did not align with what was actually offered. The promised luxury experience was far from what I received. I have already informed both Expedia and the hotel that this booking violated my consumer rights, and I’ve filed a formal complaint. I’m awaiting a response and will pursue further action if needed. I hope the hotel updates their website with a disclaimer about the noise issue, especially for their highest-grade rooms.

Clean and quiet hotel, staff was very attentive. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to main attractions. The rooftop is a good option to end up the day.

Quirky decor, really friendly staff, well appointed rooms. Excellent location, convenient for trains and trams. Great service in the restaurant, with a good selection available for breakfast. Stayed for a long weekend to visit the christmas markets which were easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Would definitely recommend.
