Parking is the only issue

Very clean and big room. I stay with my family only one night, but for sure next time in Vienna I will choose this hotel. Excellent 💯

A neat looking exterior and friendly staff who were able to help with questions. Nice little apartment rooms, laundry accessibility was great. Only downside that I could find was the shower. It created a pool of water as the seal around the base and shower door didn't work properly and even in 8 minutes had water leaking out of bathroom even with towels on the floor.

This was such a lovely place to stay during our visit to Vienna. The rooms were absolutely amazing, I loved having the bed up on the mezzanine level to seperate the spaces, it was really cool. Having the little area with the sink and fridge was really useful for some food prep, and the communal kitchen was bright, clean, and fitted out with everything you could need. We stayed in a level up plus room and my only small gripe was in the bathroom, the toilet was a bit too close to the sink so you ended up sitting underneath it while you sat on the toilet, and the shower was a bit small, to the extent I accidentally nudged the tap while I was in there and sent the water scorching hot. The bathrooms are a really good size, I just think some placement we had was a little cramped. But that really didn't spoil the experience at all, outside of that the room really was 10/10, the staff were brilliant and welcoming and it was directly next to the tram stop to get in to the city. Very well located.

We had booked two of one-bedroom plus for family group of 6. Spacious flat room, everything in room (shampoo, showr gel; mini fridge, cups, bowels, knife, cutting board; ironing board; hair dryer...). Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff is nice and professional. Free coffee in the lobby. Washing & dryer machine in facility. Enjoy the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Very polite staff

Check in was a breeze and the room easy to access, even after hours. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including AC. Very very happy with my stay!

Clean, quiet, safe, staff was very nice and accomodating.

The room and facility are great! Onsite washer and dryer are great additions! But it is close to the train station and there was construction going on, so very noisy!

Sizable flat, well equipped with comfy beds - bathroom was not so nice though. Expensive car parking. Staff were fantastic though. Limited eateries/shops locally. Some way from the centre of Vienna, but the tram was outside the front door.

Beautiful fun property with separate kitchens and game rooms! It is a collection of buildings with colorful modern apartments. If your Do Not Disturb sign is not visible, they will walk into your room around 8am lol

I am not that tall but couldn’t stand up in the area where the bed was, although it was clean, and uniquely decorated with comfortable beds, and convenient for local public transport

Loved the mini apartment space, quiet, good sleep, able to relax, have a good shower and get some work done.

The Asian staff are the best

Staying at lyf Vienna was lovely. It was like having an own really nice apartment instead of just a hotel room. The apartment was located in a building in the privacy of the hotels courtyard. There was a little noise from the trains passing by a short distance away, but it didn't really bother us in the end. The parking at the hotel was quite costly but there were other parking possibilities by walking distance (15 min). The hotel staff was very helpful and kind throughout our stay.

Ok,but not for the price

Very clean, cute space. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Reception provided helpful tips for navigating public transit. Bus and tram stop right outside the property; probably too far to walk to downtown. Would stay here again.
