Parking is the only issue

Very clean and big room. I stay with my family only one night, but for sure next time in Vienna I will choose this hotel. Excellent 💯

A neat looking exterior and friendly staff who were able to help with questions. Nice little apartment rooms, laundry accessibility was great. Only downside that I could find was the shower. It created a pool of water as the seal around the base and shower door didn't work properly and even in 8 minutes had water leaking out of bathroom even with towels on the floor.

Perfect Hotel! I recommend this hotel.

The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean, neat, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an ironing desk and iron. The kitchen was fully stocked as well, which made the stay even more convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. Considering the price, it was overall an excellent choice. The only drawback was the distance from the city center. You need to take a tram, and at times change lines twice, which wasn’t always the most comfortable. Since you’ll likely be using public transport every day, keep in mind that you’ll also need to budget for those costs. The same tram you use which stops right at the hotel does not work after 11 so you need to take another line which is 7-10 minutes walking distance away.

De incheckprocedure was een uitgebreid invulblad waarop veel gegevens werden gevraagd die door andere hotels niet expiciet worden vereist. Langdradig. De kamers zijn studio's en appartementjes. het aangegeven confort is er wel, maar de slaapplaats is op een soort mansarde, met een vrij nauwe steile en onconfortabele trap er heen; mensen die moeilijk of niet te been zijn moeten hier weg blijven. De slaapkamer is amper een halve meter rondom het bed groter, en degene die tegen de muur aan slaapt loopt bij het opstaan op een kanjer van een airco unit aan. Het ontbijt wordt in een apart restaurant/pizzeria geserveerd. Heel degelijk van kwaliteit maar een beetje chaotisch georganizeerd. Al bij al niet zijn prijs vonnd ik het 'hotel' niet zijn prijs waard.

This was such a lovely place to stay during our visit to Vienna. The rooms were absolutely amazing, I loved having the bed up on the mezzanine level to seperate the spaces, it was really cool. Having the little area with the sink and fridge was really useful for some food prep, and the communal kitchen was bright, clean, and fitted out with everything you could need. We stayed in a level up plus room and my only small gripe was in the bathroom, the toilet was a bit too close to the sink so you ended up sitting underneath it while you sat on the toilet, and the shower was a bit small, to the extent I accidentally nudged the tap while I was in there and sent the water scorching hot. The bathrooms are a really good size, I just think some placement we had was a little cramped. But that really didn't spoil the experience at all, outside of that the room really was 10/10, the staff were brilliant and welcoming and it was directly next to the tram stop to get in to the city. Very well located.

Betten sehr bequem. Starke Klimaanlage. Super Anbindung. Tram und Bus direkt vor der Haustür.

Il n’y a pas grand chose autour de l’hôtel c’est dommage

We had booked two of one-bedroom plus for family group of 6. Spacious flat room, everything in room (shampoo, showr gel; mini fridge, cups, bowels, knife, cutting board; ironing board; hair dryer...). Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Staff is nice and professional. Free coffee in the lobby. Washing & dryer machine in facility. Enjoy the stay and would definitely recommend it.

Tiefgarage ist sehr teuer, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es jedoch günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten. Das kleine Badezimmer ist ungünstg aufgeteilt.

Very polite staff

Check in was a breeze and the room easy to access, even after hours. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including AC. Very very happy with my stay!

Clean, quiet, safe, staff was very nice and accomodating.

The apartment was really nice and perfect for two people! We had a nice stay! The only thing is that it’s not very central but you can still get everywhere by public transport.

The room and facility are great! Onsite washer and dryer are great additions! But it is close to the train station and there was construction going on, so very noisy!

Sizable flat, well equipped with comfy beds - bathroom was not so nice though. Expensive car parking. Staff were fantastic though. Limited eateries/shops locally. Some way from the centre of Vienna, but the tram was outside the front door.
