Hotel Siru Brussels

Carpets could do with updating blue but with marks on them bath in my room couldnt get plug out and light by bed needs fixing apart from that good hotel walkable to metro clean and tidy

the site was under construction, and room is not prepared till 3:00pm.

Good breakfast. Very convineant location .just few seconds walk from bus metro and tram. However the rooms are small with poor infrastructure. No toiletries....except basic soap.

Bad and inattentive staff

The staying was quite good. I would recommend to enhance their wifi service since it was not very efficient. Other than that it was a nice experience.

I have been staying at Siru Hotel regularly over the past eight years due to work-related commitments. Up until now, I have never encountered any particular issues. However, during my most recent visit, I was surprised to be informed that my reservation did not exist in their system. Upon presenting my reservation ticket, I was told there had been an issue with Hotels.com's portal, causing some bookings not to reach the hotel. Fortunately, I was able to secure another room, but at double the original price. I believe that given the circumstances, this issue should have been resolved without additional cost to me, especially since the fault was beyond my control. Whether the problem lies with Siru Hotel or Hotels.com, I expected to receive a replacement room at the same rate.

Excellent location right by bus and metro service linking you to the entire country, North train station is only a 5 min walk away. Lots of sirens during the night, a hospital is nearby across the street, we walked outside day and night time never felt uncomfortable, late at night 11 midnight'ish KFC and McDonalds closes, there are several all night fries and convenience (including beer & wine) locations nearby. This is in the city in an old building; there is an elevator, don't expect American standards when it comes to room size etc The in-room coffee maker came in handy, room was cleaned daily Breakfast is available on the ground floor

Rooms very small but Ok as we used just to sleep. The lock in the door didn’t closed properly an we needed to closed the door hard in order to make it close. Staff at check in and check out not very friendly

Very good centrally located budget place.

Good room, clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy to walk to amenities, and many sights.

Wifi is not connected About Room card , I had to reset my card 6 times. It’s crazy

Long wait to check in. No option for early check in, receptionist was rather rude

Had a great one night stay there this week.Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely buffet and great ;location. Rooms excellent too.

Safe and clean enough but not very nice. WiFi didn’t work upon arrival and the hair dryer almost lit on fire in our room… It did the job for a last minute stay and free breakfast was nice, though I would not stay again.

The property has no conditions to hold people, the smell in the entire hotel was indescribable so bad gave us a room with the shower floor completely rusted. Tv broken, No internet, it’s the cheapest one around once in there looks like too expensive, definitely, I know I wouldn’t stay there anymore, so terrible experience
