Todo excelente, frente a una de las principales estaciones de metro, muy céntrico sin estar en el casco antiguo, excelente servicio, nos guardaron el equipaje, el único detalle es que la televisión. Única funcionó y quedaron de enviar gente para revisar pero nunca llegó, a pesar de eso fue una gran estancia y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Hotel was in a handy location near bus, tram and metro. I was hesitant to book because of poor reviews, but decided to give it a go as it’s an ACCOR hotel, seems we were lucky as we were on a newly refurbished floor and had none of the issues of mould etc. Overall would recommend!

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Toilet seat was loose. Seal on shower door leaked. No extractor in bathroom. No toilet roll holder. Room was clean. Not many bars or restaurants open in the evening close by.

The Hotel is still under renovation and noisy during the day. Our room had no heat and when mentioned to the front desk we were told we would have to wait until the next day to talk to the manager. The wind was banging the outdoor sign all night as well.

I only stayed in Brussels for one night, so I just wanted a bed and a showed, and that's pretty much what I got here; it's just the bare essentuals but looked like everything in the room was about to fall apart (the doorhandle for the bathroom did fall off a couple of times!) It served it's purpose, and I can't really complain apart from the price, but I knew Brussels was expensive in general. I am surprised through that this hotel is rated 3 stars; if that's truely the case, I dread to think of what a 2 or 1 star hotel would be like.

Personnel accueillant. Cependant, pas d’isolation sonore, on entend tout comme si c’était à côté (voix, eau, sèche cheveux…), chambre petite, sale/usé, pas lumineux. De plus la salle de bain ne disposait pas de savon autre que celle dans la douche, le papier toilette était sale et il y avait un poteau au milieu de la pièce…. Le lit n’est pas confortable, les nuits n’étaient pas terribles.

Instalaciones horribles. Ascensor estropeado, camas muy malas… Nos cambiaron las sábanas solo el primer día y nos pusieron unas sucias… un asco la verdad. Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación y el personal es amable, nos guardaron las maletas.

Alt, eckelhaft, kaputt und stinkt schrecklich intensiv nach einem billigstem Raumspray. Der Boden bricht unter dem Teppich weg, das Lacken ist aus Gummi. Die Zimmer sind super hellhörig und zumindest an 2 von 6 Nächten wurde das Zimmer neben mir scheinbar für bezahlen Sex benutzt. Von Innen ist das Zimmer nicht versperrbar, der Safe hat keinen Schlüssel und ist nicht nutzbar. Das Zimmerfenster wurde als Notausgang deklariert. Handtücher und Bettlacken sauber und Personal war nett.

Hotel is under renovation. Limited rooms are open it seems. My room was freshly renovated which is nice and well done. Outside of that, the lower floors are closed. The elevator is dirty and the main door is not open for use. For future renovations, some sort of protection should be built into the shower to keep the floor from getting wet easily. Fine stay for a night or two, but just average. Once renovatons are correct and lobby is used as designed an added star would be fair.

Hotel SIRU está muy bien ubicado a unos pasos de la plaza Rogier y a unos pocos metros del metro ROGIER, ; también que muy cerca la plaza comercial CITY ( MALL) , donde hay surtido en ropa zapatos , comida rápida y hasta un Carrefour .

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Fridge in the room was also positive. One thing which decreases the points is that you could hear everything i.e. above you someone flushes the toilet or goes to the shower or someone talks on the corridor in middle of the night. Also there were not any power outlets close ro the beds. You needed to charge your phone behind the television or in the bathroom. Overall the pictures on the website gives you unrealistic view. As a matter of fact the rooms have seen life and looks older than in the pictures
