Good hotel for the price. Just across the road from the cathedral where we were attending a concert in the evening so perfectly located for us. Staff at reception and in the bar were friendly.

Great location, although staying over the Easter weekend meant the bells of the cathedral next door ringing well into the night and continuing after midnight on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, although this is no fault of the hotel. Staff were generally really friendly, only one was a little blunt. Provide you with a really helpful map and guide to Ghent on arrival which was very useful. Close to tram links and nice bar that’s open every night with a variety of drinks. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety and options for everyone. Checked in online which was supposed to speed the process although still was a little slow. Overall really happy with the hotel and stay, only picking faults with comments above. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel's greatest plus is it's location, right next to the cathedral. We were a group of 8, in 4 twin rooms and it served our needs perfectly. We opted for breakfast in the second morning which was value for money, with some hot options as well as cold.

About 2km from the central location (took tram) but very close to all the things you want to do in Ghent. Breakfast was excellent and many choices

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good. However, the room was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in (we are fairly well travelled), the bathroom was cramped and the toilet was positioned in such a way that you could not sit straight on it as the wall in front was too close. Maybe we were unlucky with the room we were given but I could not recommend this hotel from our experience of it.

Excellent location, cozy hotel

Clean, modern hotel right in the centre of town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit expensive at 17 euro each and be warned if you are using the car park it is very tight.

We arrived to the hotel via tram from the train station. The location of this hotel is awesome! Literally the most popular sites are outside the door. The downside is that it was very noisy outside from people walking by very early in the morning. We kept the window open at night to get the room cool and for fresh air. The front staff and housekeepers whom we met were friendly. I loved hearing the church bells ringing. Overall, we would stay again. Gent captured our hearts.

Excellent location close to all sights within walking distance . View of Cathedral from the room. Room Was very clean but very small but as it was only for 1 night it was fine for us.
