Great location, although staying over the Easter weekend meant the bells of the cathedral next door ringing well into the night and continuing after midnight on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, although this is no fault of the hotel. Staff were generally really friendly, only one was a little blunt. Provide you with a really helpful map and guide to Ghent on arrival which was very useful. Close to tram links and nice bar that’s open every night with a variety of drinks. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety and options for everyone. Checked in online which was supposed to speed the process although still was a little slow. Overall really happy with the hotel and stay, only picking faults with comments above. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel's greatest plus is it's location, right next to the cathedral. We were a group of 8, in 4 twin rooms and it served our needs perfectly. We opted for breakfast in the second morning which was value for money, with some hot options as well as cold.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good.
However, the room was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in (we are fairly well travelled), the bathroom was cramped and the toilet was positioned in such a way that you could not sit straight on it as the wall in front was too close.
Maybe we were unlucky with the room we were given but I could not recommend this hotel from our experience of it.
