I loved everything about this hotel. 1) Most staff are a little younger but they provide excellent customer service. 2) Great shower water pressure and plenty of hot water. 3) Amazing breakfast food! 4) Great Goat cheese salad/croquettes. 5) Robes are nice.

I can't praise the hotel highly enough! It looked and felt amazing yet the warmth of the staff made the stay feel absolutely relaxed and welcoming! We had a double room, it was very quiet, the room was made every morning. I loved the provision of shampoo, shower gell AND conditioner in the bathroom! Location is ideal, based on one of the most central streets of Brussels. If taking public transport, no matter what Google maps says, step off at Gare du Midi and take the tram, the stop is literally around the corner!! I used the gym, which was small but had everything I needed. I only regret I didn't try the breakfast and restaurant, as we chose to dine out. There's always next time, because we fell in love with Brussels and we know exactly in which hotel we'll be staying!

I loved everything hotel was beautiful staff very helpful . Area was so nice many nice shops and cafes beautiful buildings would love to stay again .

Would not recommend. Paper thin walls had people in the room next door yelling from 11pm-7am. Oh and after booking and paying for a car service from the hotel I had a bag stolen by the driver.

Very friendly staff, good location and spacious room. If you are in need of parking, the hotel only has 10 parking space, so be sure to book in advance. We used a parking lot not far away, but with limited space for the public. We were lucky to get a parking space.
