Excellent petit déjeuner belle chambre

Nei. Frokostmenyen var forferdelig, 2 stjernes frokost buffé for en sky høy pris. Det står noe annet på siden en det du faktiskt betaler.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück überschaubar, jedoch ausreichend und vielfältig, es können weiterhin aus einer Auswahl Omelettes bestellt werden, Straßenbahn in der Nähe.

Hotel non con i servizi di un 5 stelle che lo rendono deludente. Vergognoso trovare in camera il frigobar senza bevande di nessun tipo e neppure acqua fresca. Servizio cortesia a metà ossia in camera matrimoniale con un solo accappatoio, un solo paio di ciabatte, Phon in bagno stile motel, ancora quei vecchi phon a parete che usciva un filo d’aria calda, ho chiesto un phon funzionante e non ne avevano, stanza troppo buia con pochissime luci e se sbagli interruttore si stacca l’intera l’inea compreso le prese con il risultato che non caricano neppure i cellulari. Colazione molto deludente quasi assente il dolce con cornetti piccoli, pasticcino e una torta tutti e tre squallidi, molto scarso il poco di salato presente e ripetitivo, il tutto nel complesso non da 5 stelle, materie non di qualità solo due succhi e molto scadenti, caffè e cappuccino alla macchinetta ripeto stile motel. Vergognoso la garanzia che pretendono con la carta di credito addebitando tra l’altro anche senza autorizzazione e senza che ci sia bisogno di farlo considerato che nel mio caso avevo già pagato il soggiorno, avevo compreso la colazione, il frigo bar è completamente vuoto quindi non potresti consumare nulla, quindi trattasi di procedura insensata e ripeto, come tutte le precedenti cose, non appartenenti ad un 5 stelle. Per chi è abituato ai servizi 5 stelle non è certo l’hotel da scegliere perchè è molto ma molto deludente ed assomiglia ad un discreto 3 stelle. Non lo consiglio.

The staff was wonderful, they went out of their way to help my sister and I with our train tickets and printing them out . Breakfast was wonderful and we had a glass of wine every night.

Fire could have been lit in the bar considering how cold it was, prices of breakfast and other meals were so exhorbitant I ate elsewhere, especially after the room service card I put outside my door for breakfast was not even collected by staff.

Very friendly staff.

Room was clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating, shower was great, the room had everything I needed and if I needed anything else in the coffee station or bathroom, they would bring it. The neighborhood is great and has lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby!

I had a nice stay at Le Châtelain overall. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. The room was fine, but quite dated. It was more like a 4 star standard than a 5 star. Location wise, it’s a little away from the main areas, but still decent if you don’t mind a short trip to get around Brussels. Nothing major to complain about, but also nothing that really stood out as amazing. A nice place to stay, just don’t expect full luxury.

The toilet was small.

Hotel correcte, bien situé près de l’avenue Louise. Chambre comfortable.

Disappointing. Room had not been cleaned I had to remove hairs from toilet seat and rinse bath before taking a shower on arrival after a 10 hour journey. Coffee maker was not clean, bed-side tables were dirty as was phone/tv remote. Bathroom basin plug was broken and got stuck in the plug hole so could not use the basin! Room generally tired and dated. Aircon was set at 24c so room was way too warm for me and could only be reduced to 20c and very noisy. Complained on first evening, was assured everything would be thoroughly cleaned and addressed the next day. I reminded the staff at reception the next morning at 7.30am and on returning to the hotel after a twelve hour day out I went to the room and nothing had been rectified. The bed had been made and a basic clean but that was it. I then complained for the third time and they moved me to an upgraded room which was much better but still the phone and remote were not clean. On the second night they brought me a free glass of wine after my complaints. The staff were polite when I complained to them but it should not take to do so 3 times to get something done-no communication between staff. It was as though the room I was given was a room used by staff and not generally used for guests. It was at the end of the corridor next to the exit stairs. On my last day after check out I intended to stay in their ‘garden’ before leaving only to be told it was closed as there was a meeting taking place. This hotel is not 5 star.

Nous avons été bien accueilli. Le service d’étage est moins efficace. Les produits d’hygiène et le point de boissons chaude n’a pas été re approvisionné pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Le chauffage est très bruyant pour avoir une nuit calme. Il aurait été plus aimable de nous expliquer le fonctionnement du chauffage par une affichette ou oralement sans attendre qu’on perde du temps à chercher ou qu’on revienne demander à l’accueil. La personne en charge du ménage n’est pas du tout discrète pour un 5 étoile. Gros bémol pour le parking qui est de 35€ la nuit et avons découvert sur la facture un supplément de 9€50 par jour pour le voiturier. L’idée ici n’est pas de ne pas régler le voiturier mais il aurait été plus professionnel de nous annoncer le prix total et réel journalier du parking qui est de 44€5. Ils ne prennent pas en compte les bonus de statut hôtel.com
