Hotel tem um staff muito despreparado para o serviço que promete oferecer. Quartos espaçosos, varanda com apenas 1 cadeira para sentar e ver o mar, não pudemos usufruir como casal. Banheiro limpo, sem shampoo e sabonete, foi solicitado na recepção, após mais de 40 min de espera, pedi para a menina que fazia limpeza em outro quarto. Ela não tinha nenhum, mas me deu um copo com um pouco do sabonete líquido do quarto que estava limpando. No café da manhã as mesas disponíveis estavam sujas e precisamos pedir para alguém limpar. No checkout, a mesma falta de respeito com o hóspede. Enquanto me atendia parou para conversar com outra funcionária, depois atendeu outra hóspede e só então finalizou o meu atendimento. Não recomendo.

I had an interaction with a male receptionist that was absurd. I stopped by the hotel a few days before the check in date and there were a man and a woman working in the front desk, I approached the man, who was looking at me and spoke to him about what I needed. He didn't answer me, instead he looked down to his computer like I didn't exist. So the woman offered help, and I started talking to her. Another man arrived and that male receptionist spoke to him, normally like he should had spoken to me. I have never encountered such behavior, maybe because I am a Centurion client, I am not used to be treated this way, but for sure we are not coming back to this hotel. We had to travel sooner so we didn't stay at this hotel but the front of the hotel was not very clean.

Stay there for almost a week. They real need to improve their cleanness of the room. Bath sink leaks water.

The room is small (there's not much space aside from the bed and closets). The bathroom is nice and spacious. The double sink is massive, but flat so the water doesn't drain properly. The hair dryer is broken (has a burning smell) and the phone doesn't work so you have to walk down to talk to the receptionist if you have questions. There was no shampoo and soap upon arrival. If you ever leave any food out (leftovers, souvenir chocolates, cough medicine), you will find swarms of ants all over. Breakfast is pretty good, with a large variety of things. But it's always the same items every day. There were these fancy coffee machines, which were great when they worked, but only one had cappuccino and that machine/option is always broken. The machine runs out of water and milk quickly, so it requires the staff to refill them frequently, which takes a while. It seems like they are understaffed most mornings. The location is great, as it is just minutes from the beach, a few restaurants, and a convenience store. If you are willing to walk more, there is a restaurant district at the end of the beach.

This property is decent but it has seen better days. Everything is just a little bit tired. And the breakfast is so so at best.

My stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and relaxing. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more mirrors in the rooms, as it would make getting ready much easier. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this place to other travelers.

Good facilities and close to the beach, bars and some restaurants

This hotel does not look like the pictures on the website. The room had significant wear and tear and showed signs of deferred maintenance. There were holes in the wall, the carpet in the living area was heavily soiled, pieces of the chairs and table were chipped off, the towels and pillowcases were rough and stained, the ceiling on the covered balcony was falling down, there was mildew in the shower and sink, rust was running down the wall in the bathroom, the toilet seat was too small for the bowl, and the pool that we paid extra for was unusable as it did not have enough water in it. We left a day early and went to stay at Janeiro Hotel, which was absolutely wonderful. Lifestyle Laghetto is not a 4 star experience. This is more like a motel, with very basic and not very great amenities. The gym was so bad that we went a couple of blocks over and got a week pass at BodyTech, a local gym with classes and space to exercise. They had three Nespresso machines at breakfast that were constantly out of order. Breakfast consisted of a lot of cakes and sweets. A better breakfast option is La Bicyclette or Bibi Sucos, both within walking distance. The staff was nice but need hospitality training. Again, nothing about this hotel is 4 stars. Maybe 3 given its location. I don't recommend this hotel and think there are cleaner, better taken care of properties in Rio.

Love the location! Breakfast buffet with huge selection! Service sub par, could do better.

Staff is lovely and they do their best to maintain the place well, but that's hard to do when the initial builders cut so many corners. Hot water cuts out, dining room isn't quite big enough for the number of guests, light switches are a mystery, poorly assembled and/or cheap furniture, etc. As wonderful as the staff has been, the hotel needs to address some major quality issues, especially when it has so much potential with its location. Could easily be 5-star with some work.
