Pipa Lagoa Hotel

It was nice

I went to this hotel because the website said they had spa and sauna. And I paid the price for these services. What a surprise when I got there, the spa and sauna were under construction but nothing was said on their website. They asked if I wanted to go to another hotel in the middle of a public holiday, of course I could not go to another hotel and had to stay there. They said I was wrong, that their website advised they were under construction. I opened the website in front of them and it did not say anything. They did not apologize. I went to the bedroom and had requested 2 twins beds and it was confirmed by email. When I opened the bedroom door, it had a queen bed. I decided to have lunch while they sorted the room out since the restaurant would be closing in 45 min. Later went to have a shower to relax but it was not working properly. Breakfast is from 7:30am to 10 am but you have to choose between 3 shifts in order to have your breakfast. If you choose to have your breakfast at 8:30am you cannot go earlier. I went there with the intention of relaxing for a few days and ended up being upset. It was a nightmare. Besides the astronomical prices at the hotel and Pipa. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great view to the lagoon, nice pool and gardens. Is a must to have a car because is 6 km. From pipa beach. Rooms are spacious but additional beds aren't comfortable.

I stayed for 10 days during the world cup. The Hotel is Far, Far away from everything, if you are planning to travel to Brasil and want to stayed in this hotel, I suggest to rent a car otherwise you will be lock in your Hotel or will end up paying high for taxis. Most people that I met was complaining about the distance with Natal, the roads are narrow, and lots of bumps, confusing if you do not know the area. The place is nice, people friendly, breakfast lovely, pool wonderful, I do not recommend it for kids, it is more for couples. 15 minutes from Pipa Beach. TERRIBLE TRAFFIC IN NATAL. Remember if you rent a car they are shift cars no automatics. After all the place is nice, can be improved on the services but after all you can't have everything the way you want in another country. JUST ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF TIBAU!

Excellent. Very clean. Beautiful views. Very close to pipa which is a fantastic little town and its beaches.

We loved this resort, visiting the restaurant again and again even after we moved per previous plans to another one nearby. The outdoor restaurant overlooking the sea and the pool made an excellent setting for World Cup viewing in between our live games. Be aware that the road in to this resort is long and slow

I am absolutely impressed by this resort. It's located about an hour away from a big city (Natal) in a beach town. Everyone is so friendly and nice and you can sightsee different beach towns nearby without too many tourists. You're mostly among locals. I fell in love with the area and the hassle free sightseeing I got. The resort itself is stunning beautiful with full amenities. We stayed 3 days in a one bedroom two story apartment that had a huge balcony a sofa bed, kitchenette and two full bathrooms. (Which came in handy since we were traveling with my dad) he pretty much had his own personal space and we had ours. We left for 1 night to go to another city and when we came back (i made two separate reservations for the same price) I was upgraded to a house in the same style located in the back of the resort. It was huge! And super elegant! With 2bedrooms and a huge dining room, living room and kitchen. My dad his own room ;) The resort was well kept and beautiful with lots of vegetation and high walls. I felt very safe. Breakfast was yummy. Bar and pool very fancy. And area for kids to play. Only downfall is wifi is only in common areas.

Was in Brazil for the World cup. Spent 3-days in a Brazilian hospital getting IV's because I was deathly ill. I had to end my trip 10 days early to get back to the states to get medical care. Apparently this was not a good enough excuse. Hotel Girassois Lagoa Resort refused to not charge me for nights I had booked and could not make. Stay far away from this place.

Hotel para quem busca relaxar e curtir com a familia. Piscina espetacular, serviço de bar e restaurante muito bons e café da manhã farto. Sou hóspede fiel e sempre que vou, me surpreendo positivamente.

Excelente hotel.

Começando pelo checkin, tive a infeliz surpresa de ser cobrada por estar com um bebê de 7 meses, além da minha filha de 3 anos de idade (cujo hotel dizia que a criança se hospedava gratuitamente). Ao chegar, me informaram que o quarto não nos acomodaria e que a acomodação disponível seria quase 4 mil a mais do que paguei na reserva. “Abriram uma exceção” e me cobraram mais 600 reais a mais, pela criança de 3 anos ou seria pelo bebê? (Incluindo taxas) E ainda afirmaram que o hotel estava lotado e sem mais acomodações disponíveis. Havia combinado com mais 8 famílias de nos hospedarmos lá, quando perguntei aos colegas com filhos se o quarto era menor que o meu, fiquei surpresa em saber que era exatamente igual. Ou seja, um quarto com cama queen, uma de solteiro, espaçoso o suficiente para colocar um berço e ainda me fizeram passar por essa raiva desnecessária. Para piorar, o nosso quarto estava com uma goteira, ao informar sobre o fato, nos ofereceram o quarto vizinho ao nosso para trocar (mas estava lotado, não era?). No último dia de hospedagem faltou água pela manhã. No mais, o café da manhã era bom e as piscinas também. O hotel tem estrutura para crianças, mas não pretendo voltar pelo atendimento ruim.

O café da manhã é excelente. O hotel é ótimo para crianças e famílias.

Quarto confortável e limpo. Checkin marcado para 15h, sem nenhuma expectativa de antecipação. Custo do restaurante é alto. Área de lazer com excelentes piscinas, mas sem outros atrativos. O checkout pode ser postergado das 12 às 14h para quem quiser permanecer consumindo no bar/restaurante. Recreadores infantis apenas no sábado.

O hotel é legal. A piscina é linda. Pontos fracos: tem que agendar horário para o café da manhã (não condiz com o nível do hotel) e tem que deixar a chave na recepção quando for sair porque senão não arrumam o quarto. Sinceramente: será que alguém não quer que arrumem o quarto? Não foram explícitos sobre isso no nosso check in e acabamos ficando com o quarto desarrumado no 1 dia

O hotel deixou a desejar na equipe, tanto de checkin, recepção, como de animadores das crianças (elas realmente não gostam de trabalhar com crianças, funcionários que não envolvem as crianças e preferem que ninguém queria brincar. Foi falado que eu poderia carregar o carro elétrico com meu carregador portátil já que lá não tem carregador, quando coloquei pra recarregar, recebi comunicado para retirar pq não poderia.. fomos pelas crianças, mas não voltaremos pq não nos agradou
