O hotel oferece uma estrutura maravilhosa, muito confortavel e limpo. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento da America na recepção, o Luiz Vicente no bar molhado do Resort, e o pessoal do cafe da manha no SPA. As piscinas sao lindas, perfeito para curtir apos um longo dia de praia. Super recomendo e pretento voltar em breve.

Sombra has a lot of walking distance where you may need to get around, to the beach, city, etc. Inside the complex, there are many little huts spread out. Our hut was about a good 50 yards from reception/gym/ breakfast. So if you dont want to do a lot of walking, request one closer to reception. If you want more quiet then request one further away. Pool and pool bar is in the middle. This was a favorite. We had a jacuzzi but the pool was 10 times better. You can literally walk to Praia do Amor in 3 minutes but we preferred Praia de Pipa. Pipa reminded me of Jericoacara. Everything was safe and walking distance (but you had to walk a mile or 2). The roads are not all asphalt. You may need good walking shoes in the city. No uber. All taxi (20-25 R$). We love the restaurants (Orfeus: risotto is one of the best in my lifetime) and ambiance of the city. Smaller city but a lot to offer. We like to be in the middle of the city next time but I recommend this place because the amenities /staff are top notch.

Amazing infrastructure with chalets quite spread out across a huge forest like area with an amazing and large swimming pool in the centre - wherever you look you see trees of all kinds. Absolutely gorgeous. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. My wife abs I would definitely recommend abs come back.

Propaganda enganosa da expedia e do hotel. Paguei por um quarto que na foto do expedia constava uma banheira e para minha surpresa quando cheguei lá não havia, reclamei e nada adiantou. Quarto enorme e sem sentido, tb sem funcionar, barata no banheiro, na área do spa madeiras soltas do chão, pregos aparentes. Não vale definitivamente o preço que cobra. A única coisa que me agradou foram os funcionários.

De uma forma geral esta tudo ok, mas a manutenção deixou a desejar. Tinha goteiras no quarto, as pastilhas das piscinas soltando, deque de madeira danificados e mal consertados, cadeiras quebradas na piscina inclusive a que eu sentei, funcionário novo mal treinado com serio problema de défice de atenção pois repeti varias vezes o que eu queria e mesmo assim veio errado o pedido. Adoro o local mas senti dessa vez que esta mal administrado. outro ponto é a qualidade dos travesseiros que precisam melhorar.

Ótimo hotel, ótima localização. Só poderiam retirar a madeira em volta da cama, por várias vezes eu e meu marido batemos nela. Como o local tem muita madeira a limpeza poderia melhorar um pouco. Mas de modo geral o hotel é ótimo e voltaria com certeza.
