Its a great stay with respect to the price you paid . Location, price and amenities are strength . Lock of the room ,Shower curtain and body wash at the shower areas needed attention...

My stay was good

Clean room but neighbouring rooms were very noisy . Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The view from the room was awesome. Towels were plush. Water took awhile to get hot but then it was hot.

Property is decent like any other budget hotel however the quFirst and foremost they need to change the quality of mattress used.

Value for money, clean room, good amenities.

They had a deep soaking tub. Everyone is very nice. And the room was cozier than expected.

Cheap room in a great location.

We have stayed with Aspen Village Inn for three years for the Taste of Waterton event and have always enjoyed our stay in their deluxe rooms there. This year however, we have to warn people beware their Deluxe Room, it is not what it once was. Previous years the Deluxe Room had a large living room area with desk, sofa, kitchenette, fireplace, and air conditioner, a separate bedroom with king bed, a large bathroom with jetted tub and large vanity/counter area, and balcony with mountain views. This year we again booked a Deluxe Room, and both the Expedia and hotel's own websites showed the same room as past years. We arrived to find the staff saying the rooms were renovated and now their Deluxe is 1/3 of a cabin (about standard hotel room size), with paper thin walls to the six person other cabin side, has no loveseat or sofa, no AC, a small cement patio spot with one outdoor chair 6 or so feet from the street and no mountain view, and a extra small bath with cheap vanity sink unit with 1/2 size/depth sink and no counter space, a mirror ledge blocking half the sink so you can't put your face over it to wash, and a toilet crammed in so you have your knees and feet jammed against the tub just to sit on it. We don't know how the other rooms are. But we were not made aware of these changes before arriving, the ads still show the old room, and we paid for but didn't get feel we had a 'deluxe' room experience. We certainly won't be back to Aspen after this.

I love the proximity to town.

Fridge in room was loudly noising. Couldnt sleep all night.

Really comfy, clean rooms. Perfect location to explore the town!

It was convenient to walk to everything in the Waterton Village. Restaurants, shopping, lake paths. Loved the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay rooms were clean beds comfy quiet little town

I checked in on Sunday. The front desk closes early on Sundays and gave me their after-hours service number. After they closed, the power tripped in our room. I called their service number multiple times but no one answered. I had to search the entire room for the switch myself and finally found it in a corner outside the building. After the phone went unanswered, I left a message, but many days passed without a reply.

We had a great stay!

The place is amazing. View from the hotel is awesome. The hotel itself is clean and quiet.
