had to wait at reception a few times no one there I was told that I would get a room with queen size bed as i walk in our room there was 2 double beds and specified 2 queen was confirmed by an employee and they told me I would get it done the next morning did not materialize,

Room was not cleaned completely. I requested towels to be changed they asked me to bring the dirty ones downs stairs, which I said I wasn’t going to do. Then I was told to get the towels downs at reception

bathtub spout dripped all night, TV was difficult to navigate with 2 different control units, wifi pass code would not activate, lack of snow removal made it difficult to enter room from parking lot, breakfast at 9am was almost all gone and what was left was cold,(eggs, home fry potatoes and ham slices, when outside wall unit for heater/cooler shuts off, ice cold air from outside rushes in as if no insulation or seals. We have no intention of returning to this facility

Close to Pizzeria, Tim Hortons and Shell gas - perfect for road trip :) Nice breakfast; good variety of food. No elevator :(
