had to wait at reception a few times no one there I was told that I would get a room with queen size bed as i walk in our room there was 2 double beds and specified 2 queen was confirmed by an employee and they told me I would get it done the next morning did not materialize,

Disappointed as a senior that the bathroom is not equip with handles to get in & out of shower. Racks broken in bathroom. Had to stay upstairs (no elevator). No rooms in main floor with two beds. I would have left if it wasn’t already paid for. Only bright moment is when a cleaning staff assisted with luggage in the stars

J'avais loué la chambre car il acceptait les animaux mais j'ai un chat mais pour eux ce n'est pas un animal donc il nous ont dit de quitter les chambre nous avons été là juste 1 jours et demi mais vous vous nous avez facturer $1241.46 pour tout la semaine j'aimerais bien que vous nous retournerez notre argent car je trouve que c'est dû vole .Louis Lafreniere
