le déjeuner inclus était bien et pratique. il y avait des rénovations, donc moins d'espace de stationnements. aucun lit de bébé disponible, ce qui était problématique pour notre famille.

Bathtub was clogged. No ice - said it was broken. Booked queen beds- gave us doubles. No creamers for coffee. Only had decaf in the room. TV was not user friendly. Loud- ppl yelling in the halls at 6am calling the same name over and over.

It wasn’t 100% what I thought not like the other rooms they used to rent

Snow all around the property. Black ice No salt Sofas in lobby were dirty. No water in the lobby Business Center out of service Room light not working. Very very limited vegetarian options in breakfast.

Found the heat control lacking. Cold nights with having to wear extra clothing layers.

It would need some renovations like changing carpets or think of putting in some flooring on the main floor rooms to keep the carpets dry in winter.

Room was not cleaned completely. I requested towels to be changed they asked me to bring the dirty ones downs stairs, which I said I wasn’t going to do. Then I was told to get the towels downs at reception

bathtub spout dripped all night, TV was difficult to navigate with 2 different control units, wifi pass code would not activate, lack of snow removal made it difficult to enter room from parking lot, breakfast at 9am was almost all gone and what was left was cold,(eggs, home fry potatoes and ham slices, when outside wall unit for heater/cooler shuts off, ice cold air from outside rushes in as if no insulation or seals. We have no intention of returning to this facility

Close to Pizzeria, Tim Hortons and Shell gas - perfect for road trip :) Nice breakfast; good variety of food. No elevator :(
