This is literally just a place to crash for the night Pool is meh Terrible coffee in room Hotel is just meh for the price Didnt even have cold water or coffee in lobby

The entrance wasn’t welcoming! Full of dirt and salt at the entrance sliding door. The washroom door was broken and squeaky making a lot of noise. The front office staff and house keeper were friendly. It’s a good location and our 2nd visit at the property in less than 2 months. Very convenient to highways and shopping.

Staff were very nice. Had to change rooms because first room was unacceptable. Restaurant was terrible.

Be warned, car broken into. Management don’t seem interested. Will not stay here again. NOT SAFE!

While i find the breakfast buffet to be a bit overpriced (same quality and choices of food as free/included breakfasts), the staff was lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, as well as quiet. The showers are spacious and there are ample amounts of pillows. Do be warned, if you are more then one person ASK FOR MORE TOWELS!

Booked this property for shuttle service to airport. Travelling with 2 Seniors, 2 Kids and myself & husband for 10 hour layover in Montreal. Emailed 2 days before and no reply. Could not accommodate or even provide alternate transportation, instead offered to take us to the airport 3 hours early. On top of that they would not even take my Hilton Honors Number! Pathetic hotel with pathetic staff. Worst Hilton Stay Ever. Do not stay here! You can find somewhere better to stay with better customer service. Extremely disappointed Hilton treats their customers like this. You should be ashamed. Its embarrassing really!

The parking lot isn’t secure. The only downfall. Anyone has access to it since it’s not gated.

Pool facilities were a little disappointing- no real changing rooms etc

Great location! Friendly staff and well maintained.

Hockey tournament and parents sitting in lobby with coolers drinking while kids are running wild. Waited 20 minutes for elevators while kids were holding them up. Kids banging on my door. I called front desk. They need to take control of this and not permits minor children from running wild unsupervised. Do not allow parents to drink in the lobby. I took my kids to try to swim but we couldn’t get in there either. Parents took over the entry to pool and drinking. I took my kids back to room. I stayed here because I wanted my grandkids to enjoy the pool and we didn’t even go in once.

Bar staff was overly concerned with people in my group drinking beer they had brought with them to the hotel. Group was quiet and respectful. Bartender was too worried about getting tips.

Fast check in, clean room.
