Shuttle service was awesome both from and to the AirPort. I called when I collected my luggage, the staff person said the shuttle could be there in 5 minutes, he was right on. Booked the shuttle for next morning after I checked in and again service provided as promised.

The hotel is dated and is falling apart. The beds were comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly. The shuttle driver was rude and seems to hate his job.

Airport shuttle was easy to find, due to information booth at the airport. We had to call to have them come came sooner than expected. The hotel itself is immaculate, pool area was very nice clean and had towels. Did not use the restaurant but it looked nice

No wine or bottle opener in room. Inadequate lighting in the "kitchen" area. Room Service was excellent

We have stayed here a few times now and always a good experience! The shower in our room didn’t drain properly but I didn’t have a chance to let the front desk know so they could address and only mentioned upon check out so couldn’t say how quickly and effectively they’d have actioned. Will definitely return as overall a great place, good $ and perfect location for a West Island stay :)

Had a great stay and close to the airport! The shuttle option to and from the airport is great.

The pool and hot tub are great! It can get crowded on weekends. The check in staff were very polite. The check in cookie is always a nice bonus. The room is nice and clean. No issues except for a broken bathroom door. Would book here again for the pool and hot tub alone.

Everything was very clean. Lovely staff.

Nice and clean

The bar was very comfortable and inviting. The bartender (Shane) was a gem- personable, attentive, and able to skillfully mix any requested drink. His half-salted margarita (with no simple syrup as requested) made with fresh lime, Cointreau and tequila was to die for! The food was also fantastic. The salad I ordered was incredibly tasty and pretty, as it contained many colourful vegetables and fresh flower blossoms. Really enjoyable, all of it!

Amazing hotel with an awesome restaurant…ample parking, close to airport with very spacious clean room, friendly staff and great amenities…highly reccomended!

Airport shuttle service is not fast enough. We were told to wait 40 minutes which is long enough after a long flight with kids. Shuttle came after 50 minutes. Even in the morning they had only one shuttle available for us which was too early for us.

Washrooms could be better, but otherwise a wonderful property! Always happy to go back!!
