Room was good, but shuttle from airport was not. Stood in the cold for an hour. When one shuttle came, it was already full. When next one came it was standing room only. Not impressed. You either need more shuttles, or less hotels to go to. Will reconsider our next stay by the airport. There are lots of choices.

I never got there! The airline cancelled the flight due to bad weather conditions in Toronto yet Double Tree stole my money from my card even thpugh i selectrd pay at the property. Grossly unfair!! You knew all the flights into Toronto were cancelled why would you still take my money?? DO NOT STAY THERE!
