I loved my stay. Right downtown, 2 blocks from the train station was incredibly convenient. The room was excellent and super clean, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was also wonderful.

I would like to say that my Husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Element Hotel downtown Calgary! The staff were amazing to say the least! The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and there was everything we needed and more in our room. And the bathroom was beautiful, very clean and roomy. I am an elderly lady who uses a walker to get around and I had not one problem with our room. Excellent lay out And also the staff in the Restaurant on the 12th floor were a wonderful a great crowd so friendly. Great atmosphere! Food was delicious and the views were amazing! What a great experience we will Definitely be back. J. Hudson FSJ B.C

Clean room, it was disappointed by the AC unit. It was extremely noisy and affected our sleep. When I brought it up to the staff the next morning at checkout, they seemed to just shrug it off as no big deal.

Spacious room with more amenities than expected (cook top, dishwasher, larger fridge). We were early for check-in and that was no problem. Staff were so friendly and accommodating too. Definitely staying here the next time we’re in Calgary.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Very clean, rooms are brand new and spacious. Penthouse restaurant and complementary breakfast were awesome. Only negative is the severe lack of parking apart from the valet with extra cost.

Good - We were travelling with our two dogs and the staff were great about it. They brought us dog beds, food and water dishes, and poop bags to our room when we checked in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Not so good - We requested early check in when we booked but they were not able to accommodate the time we requested on the day we arrived, which put us in limbo for a few hours. The parking situation is chaotic and very tight. You are supposed to pull in to a loading zone in front of the hotel and have their valet park for you but it took us four passes around the block to find a space. There were no other options for parking, not even pay to park lots in the area due to construction blocking access to the one across the street mentioned in other reviews. In the bathroom there was low water pressure which made showering a little difficult.
