Very clean, beautiful hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable and shower was great. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had.

Have stayed here before as has very comfortable rooms at a good price. After spending all day at the airport and being cancelled by my airline, I called the front desk to extend my stay another night. They were very helpful and understanding, and made a very stressful day much more pleasant. An excellent hotel

My second stay for business. Rooms are clean and fresh with modern streaming services on the TV. Love the nespresso in the room. I went up to the 12th floor restaurant for a glass of wine. Lovely atmosphere and friendly bartender. Will definitely continue to make the Element Downtown my hotel of choice if they continue current service levels.

This is a very new and modern hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were excellent and the free breakfast was a plus! Having a coffee shop in the hotel was also great. The surrounding area is quiet and not very close to many restaurants.

Breakfast was ok but they were missing bread, staff said they are preparing but I did not see bread came out and I just went back to our room.
