We stayed two nights early January. First time staying at this hotel but would return. Good location with a wide variety of dining experiences nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking. We didn't eat at the attached French restaurant bu appeared popular.

This hotel was super clean, quiet and had a wonderful bed. Blackout curtains were amazing! We had a corner window king suite, however the hotel is shorter than surrounding buildings so this doesn’t mean a view of anything other than the side of a building. Be mindful of scorching hot water out of the tap but luke warm shower… which huh? For winter the price was spot on, but summer looks to be almost 2x as much, so not sure if I’d be as happy.

Room photos were misleading. The room was much smaller than expected, and the heating system made constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Our window also faced a building across the street, which did not match the views shown online. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a very 'Parisian' feel. The suites are large and clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff make you feel right at home. Its central location is unbeatable for a city visit. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The property is centrally located within walking distance to most sights in downtown Vancouver. Be sure to have at least one meal at Alouette, the French restaurant that is attached to the hotel. The quality of service and food was excellent with cozy ambiance and down-to-earth atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good hotel room and location. The only issue is that the swimming pool is at YWCA, which doesn't allow children under 15. That's not expected when i booked the hotel. The children were expecting an indoor pool play.

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The room was beyond what we expected with a separate living area and bedroom with king bed. The corner room with large windows was an added bonus. Will definitely consider this hotel the next time we visit Vancouver.
