Great time

Very clean and nice place to stay. My only complaint would be the hand soap in the bathroom is permanently attached to the wall and my 2 young daughters couldn’t reach it. It’s located too far away from the sink which is too tall for young children.

The bed mattresses were too soft - could be much firmer. Otherwise everything else was just fine . The morning breakfast should at least be open until 10 a.m. not 9:30 !

There was not much to like, the complete staff do not speak or understand English completely. After check inn we wanted to have a coffee, the coffee maker did not work Called the desk three times , there suggestion was to come to the lobby and get a coffee, I really got upset and they FINALLY sent maintenance, he cheerily replaced the broken coffee maker. The room was for two people BUT there was ONLY one chair and that was very uncomfortable. The bed was so soft with ABSOLUTELY no support at ALL and the the pillows were just garbage, I got about one hour sleep. The breakfast was completely cold and disgusting except for the coffee which was Luke warm. The staff were gathered up having a great gab session and doing nothing for the people wanting a decent breakfast, until a gentleman in a suit came in for hoy coffee, I think he was either the owner or manager, well then things immediately happening, the gathering broke up and new hot food and food that was depleted came flying out of the kitchen by the warp speed. This hotel needs for management to deal with the uncaring staff. It was probably the worst stay I have ever had in my 40 year business life and I will be sure to pass this review along to ALL of my 8000 plus digital business clients and ask them to pass it along all of their contacts. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN, THANKS EXPEDIA FOR SENDING ME TO A HELL HOLE, GOOD RATING FOR EXPEDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jad a quick one night stay for business. Location close to where I needed to be. Lots of parking, nice staff, clean buildings and room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. All uou need

The room was nice, the only issue we had was the soap dispenser in the bathroom. It is to high for children to reach with out some one having to pick them up so they can wash there hands.

It was a good experience. Staff were amazing..

New hotel. Great rooms. Comfortable queen beds, in a good size room. We didn't use the pool but it looked great! I'd definitely stay there again!

Very clean and nice rooms, friendly staff

Upon check in, they let us know that there was some type of sports gathering and apologized for the noise in the lobby. They purposefully gave us a room on the 5th floor away from the sports teams so that it was quiet. It was very much appreciated.

The pet fee of $40 was not disclosed on expedia. Very disappointing. $600 total for 2 nights including added pet fee is excessive and is not affordable for most. Out of principle, I would not stay there again.

Very unsatisfied with this visit and will not return. There were hockey teams stayimg in the hotel running up and down the stairs yelling. We had kids beating on our door more than once after midnight. Worst hotel stay ever
