We were greeted with a smile, she answered all my questions and when I called to get a shuttle back to the hotel we didn’t have to wait all and there were not too many questions about it!

Stayed in the kitchen suit. It was really cool lacked a sharp knife and a smaller frying pan and smaller pot. But they cant stock anything. The maids were really amazing. Made my 4 night stay better. Oh and B at the front desk was so so nice. Worth going there just for her.
Last but not least, Kiran jot at the bar was by far the saviour of 2 of my nights.

This hotel falls short on nearly every front. Of the three elevators, only two were operational—and neither felt reliable. The room lacked basic amenities like bottled water, and the thermostat on the wall didn’t work; I had to operate the unit directly like it was 1995. Room key cards were frustratingly unreliable, and the front desk advised keeping them away from electronics—an outdated ask in 2025. Even more surprising, no housekeeping was offered for a two-night stay. Between poor maintenance, outdated systems, and lack of service, this stay offered no value for money. Disappointing overall.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Long-Time Customers Let Down
Upon check-in, the receptionist was cold and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone from the start. When we got to our room, the living room TV was mounted at an awkward angle, facing the ceiling, and the bedroom TV had no working channels.
We ordered Denny’s after a long travel day, only to receive cold food and wooden utensils—not exactly the comfort we were hoping for.
Trying to salvage the evening, we took our kids to the pool. The hot tub was filthy, nearly empty, and freezing. The pool itself was just as cold and uninviting.
For $260 a night, this was an absolutely terrible experience. As long-time customers, we are beyond disappointed and will not be returning. This property has gone downhill—what a nightmare.

King Suite was very comfortable with sofa to watch tv, full kitchenette with eating area, and separate bedroom with sliding door. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting could be better in living area. Bathroom spacious with rainfall shower head. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Did not try bar or restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

I tried calling the hotel for close to an hour and a half to request shuttle but no answer then George was incredibly rude when I arrived. Perhaps George should not be sleeping during his shift and do his job. Not acceptable at all.
