Comfortable but many things needed looking after: blow dryer worked for two seconds, tap was loose, toilet paper holder was also loose and shower head that slides up and down was broken thus would not stay up.

Check-in took a long time, staff was rude about a minor misunderstanding, the AC in the room did not work at all, there was no *cold* water - all water that came out was scalding hot. They re-roomed us an hour after contracting the front desk (the staff member that came up was nice and helpful), front desk was rude again, second room also had no working AC, and stayed at 24C all night. We woke up at 4am sweaty and left early.

Great, closer to airport and has a shuttle service

My son and I arrived a day early to attend the RBC Canadian Open. We had confirmed that my wife and daughter would come the next day for the 2nd night. On check-in, I had asked for my wife’s name to be added to the reservation and have a key ready for her arrival the next morning. The next day while we were at the golf course, my wife arrived and couldn’t pickup her key or access the room. Not sure what happened, but I had to spend another 30 minutes trying to call the hotel to straighten it out again. Frustrating!

The hotel is not true, I left it after 3 hours, there was no cold water in the room, the jacuzzi did not work, I called their office, they said they would send someone to me in 10 minutes, no one was there for an hour and a half, I did not like the service, I left them, they told me they would refund the money and apologized, I want you to take control of this

Great easy checkin. Corridors blasong a/c made it very cold on a very cold night and after a long flight. Rolms clean spacious with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Good lighting, mirrors and places to put your belongings down. Shower could be better. Staff fast and efficient. Restaurant had decent food for vegetarians and meat eaters. The transport service was fantastic. The driver was very friendly and polite. Made the early morning start very easy for us.

Excellent place for the price

Whenever we travel to Toronto, whether it is to stay there or for travel out of Pearson, we always stay here. I find it affordable and good accommodation and its a very easy commute to the airport.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable and if it wasn’t for the pool being very cold and the slide not in service we would book again. I chose this place for the pool for my grandchild and unfortunately we could not swim or use the slide.

Clean. If you are not impacted by strong chemical odours you will be fine. However there is a migraine inducing odour of chemical perfume permeating the entire hotel hallways all the way into the room. It is an absolutely horrible perfume odour. I am in my hotel room and now have a migraine from the perfume chemical odour

Everything was great except we didnt know the water slide wasnt working. But the pool was good

Over all a good experience. The tv in our room was glitchy and pixelated most of the time. I was pleased with the early check in and loved the pool and hot tub but the ceiling paint was scaling a bit in the pool area. Maybe in the future add a place to buy soda and snacks instead of a vending machine with limited selection. Free Airport shuttle was fantastic!! Driver brought us right to our airline drop off, and was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.
