Fantastic location, super clean and well presented... only comment is the kettle does not turn off so watch out if you go for a shower!! Apart from that, can't wait to stay again, thank-you:)

This is a great location. We stayed in the Orca Pod and had a wonderful stay. It is so easy to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. It can be noisy at night and the blinds allow light through. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy this beautiful city!

Overall, we had a nice stay! The location is excellent—within walking distance of downtown Victoria and just a block from the waterfront. The area felt very safe, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Although the building entrance is in an alley, it's a well-maintained pedestrian walkway, and the building has good security with keypad access at both the front gate and elevator.
The suite is essentially a one-bedroom Airbnb with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a small balcony overlooking the alley. It was a comfortable size for two people, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like cold bottled water in the fridge and Netflix on the TV. Our host was friendly, responsive, and kindly allowed us to drop off our bags early at 12pm.
A few things to know: because of the nearby restaurants, there was quite a bit of noise on Saturday night from people talking and laughing in the alley until around 1 a.m. The sound echoed, and the walls seemed fairly thin, making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs. Sunday night was much quieter.
The blinds also let in a lot of light from the bright alley streetlights, so an eye mask was helpful. Blackout curtains would make a big difference. We also found the central temperature control wasn't very effective, and while the standalone bedroom AC cooled the room well, it was quite loud.
If you don't mind bringing earplugs and an eye mask, this is a great place to stay thanks to its fantastic location and welcoming host.

Location was fantastic.
Although the room was bright it was actually very bright for sleeping. The sleeping loft was very warm & we couldn't seem to get the air-conditioning to work.
We could have used eye masks and ear plugs. The seagulls started squawking at 2 in the morning.
The deck patio was not very clean and the dead plant in the corner did not convey a nice comfortable atmosphere.
The shower needs an anti slip mat. My husband slipped while reaching out for his towel, thankfully he wasn't seriously hurt.
Thanks to the gulls & the bright sleeping area we had 2 nights of very little sleep.
Despite the great location I would not go back there nor would I recommend this unit.

Location was great and overall a pleasant stay. The air conditioner wasn’t the best and the plumbing needs work. Water does not drain in the shower or sink and the water was extremely hot and took a while to cool. For the cost and the fact that there’s a kitchen and washing machine, I would stay here again.

I will start saying that we payed for and expected a working washer/dryer, but on our very first day we discovered the machine does not work. I messaged and called staff, and they stated we could use their washer dryer in their "office." I genuinely appreciated the offer, and was able to start washing clothes but the

We had an issue with the shower and the floor drain was not draining. Something is stuck in the drain.
Location is great.
The balcony have died flowers and on the top roof top had equipment on it that someone could trip over. Again the died flowers. I understand maintaining flowers might be an issue but at least remove the died flowers.
The sheets for the pull out couch didn't look fresh.

We had a wonderful stay in Victoria. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a complete kitchen and all the utensils we needed. The deck was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax.
The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The host was also very accommodating and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight wasn’t until 8:00 PM.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria.

Flats were located very close to the city center. It was all withing walking distance to, The Empress Hotel, Government building, Marina and grocery store and restaurants. It was safe and comfortable for family of 4 adults. Flats were within 5 minutes walking distance from the Yates street parking garage. Garage has 8 levels and we were able to find economy parking space easily. Since Flats were very close the city center, we were able to walk most tourist attractions. Nice kitchen with cooking pots and dishes. There was salt, pepper and oil for cooking.

This place was just "okay". I was disappointed to learn the washing machine in our suite was not operable. Also, the noise was quite loud with the people above us. The divider doors to separate the bedroom seemed broken (off the hinges). The bed comfort wasn't great. It is in a decent location, right downtown.

He was very helpful. He accommodated us early even though I gave him short notice. Very helpful staff. Location was great, because it was very close to my favorite tea shop "Murchie's". The place was so clean and free laundry was great to have. I will rebook this place again when I am visiting Victoria.

The room was super clean, bed was VERY comfy, amenities were great, and staff were excellent at communicating with me. The only thing was that the couch wasn’t super comfortable to sit on and where the tv was positioned made the setting kind of awkward to use but the decor was super cute. Would stay here again!
