Front door of hotel doesn't open, keycards regularly fail to work, water is not drinkable, body wash was out in the shower, shower was weak, continental breakfast fridge was 68° Farenheit so the milk and yogurt were disgusting... I wanted to like it, but it was mostly unpleasant.

I found a pile of bed bugs in my bed. I stay in hotels lots for work and this was the first time I experienced it. Thankfully I was able to get a different room. And it was fine. Rooms smell musty and could be cleaner. Was very put off by the bed bugs!!

This is an average property, beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Glad it was only a 1 night stay. Parking Lot is rough although it appears there was equipment there to address this. Breakfast offered was not appealing at all. Coffee was terrible. Staff were very friendly but the whole place seems a little run down. Price is right for what you get.

Had to ask three times for shower curtain finally I got one from the front desk after the third time and had to install myself. Just wanted to shower after a long work day. No smoke detector in room and everything in the bathroom was nasty. Like super nasty. Brown towels nasty scum on fixtures and soap dispensers. Kitchen tap was broken and just sprayed water at your crotch not in the sink.

It's a nice and decent hotel for the environment, i luv the fact that they are considerate, the other hotels i have visited so far,they start their breakfast at 6am,but theirs is 5am because of people that going to work. So overrall its a good one for me and my family.

Turn on all the lights in the room, you will see bed sheets and pillow covers are filthy yellow. Same with bathroom towels, not a single one was bleach white. Also got a bug bite on the neck area, three bites which is swollen pretty bad. Avoid the pillows for sure.
