Hotel HW Libertad

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons. First, the room was absurdly small, leaving barely enough space to move around. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote didn’t work, preventing me from adjusting the swing settings. The room had an awful odour and desperately needed air circulation, but the air conditioning made the tiny space unbearably cold within minutes, even at a standard setting of 24–25 degrees. This left me with two unpleasant choices: endure the horrible smell all night or freeze. Unfortunately, I caught a cold due to the cold temperature. The noise from the lift was another major issue. I could hear it clearly from inside my room throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep. The bathroom facilities were inadequate and unhygienic. They provided just one tiny bar of soap to be shared between the sink and shower—absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided, which is a basic amenity in any hotel. The check-in process was shockingly slow. Despite having two staff members at the reception, it took nearly 20 minutes to process just two check-ins before it was my turn. The worst part of my experience was dealing with an incredibly rude and unprofessional staff member during check-in. This arrogant older man made the process unnecessarily complicated, even though I had completed all the steps online and prepaid for my stay. He insisted that I fill out all my details on a piece

If the room had provided us with facial tissues, tea and coffee bags, and a mirror in the hallway, I would have evaluated it as good. The area was shabby (“old town”) and noisy in late evenings. However, great breakfast, helpful and responsive staff, cosy and clean room in spite of cracked walls, nice view of surroundings.

Overall our hotel stay went well enough. Room was spacious and clean with good hot water for showers. Beds were small but comfortable. Small shops and restaurants are just around corner for convenient quick snacks and fast food.

El hotel es bueno, el desayuno muy bueno, solo que la ubicación no es la mas recomendable principalmente si se necesita salir de noche.

Good location to Metro station and supermarket. Three minutes walk only. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood seems fine, there is pharmacy in the building, also an authentic Chinese Restaurant in the building as well. Overall, great experience.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!

A little hard to find and neighborhood was ok but maybe not at night. We weren’t informed that the breakfast was complimentary. Appreciated getting a plug adapter from reception.

Não tive nenhum tipo de problema durante toda a estadia

O Hotel é excelente, ficamos preocupados pq ouvimos falar muito mal da localização no centro da cidade, pra mim é igual o centro de qualquer capital, agitado pela manhã e deserto a noite, fica perto de mercados, lojas e uma feirinha aos finais de semana. A cama super confortável, limpeza todos os dias, quarto espacoso e confortável. o café poderia variar mais no decorrer dos dias, mas é muito bom. Hotel bonito, atendimento bom. Muito perto do metrô, Recomendo a estadia.

Ótimo isolamento térmico, banheiro muito bom e cama muito confortável. O café da manhã também não deixa a desejar.

Foi uma das piores que tive, chuveiro parando de funcionar, secador não funciona, sem frigobar, restaurante do hotel muitooo mal atendido. Nós cobraram uma toalha 😂. Localização também não é das melhores. Quartos ok e limpos. De 7 dias não foram limpar em 3.

Cómo a las 1030 pm llegaron a tocarme la puerta de forma insistente, avise en recepción, yo estaba dormida, supongo que fueron a ver pero no me dieron ninguna explicación. Los alrededores se ven feos y el hotel esta en un edificio feo, aunque el hotel en sí no lo sea y el toda la gente me comento que era una zona i segura.

Hotel com quartos confortáveis, café da manhã bom. Localização não muito boa, região central, lugar não seguro para caminhar a pé.

O hotel é muito bom. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, roupas de cama boas, roupa de banho poderia ser melhor e senti falta de um roupão. Quarto grande. Ponto negativo é a localização. O bairro não é muito bom, mas como alugamos carro não tivemos problema. O GPS manda na rua lateral e não tem sinalização, o que dificulta achar o Hotel. Estacionamento incluso. Restaurante do hotel com várias opções e muito bom. A limpeza pode melhorar. A parte do box estava meio encardida. Acabou shampoo, condicionador e sabonete e só fizeram reposição depois de dois dias quando solicitei. Café da manhã com bastante opções.
