Very good hotel connected with shopping mall (luxury brands) and metro station. Room was clean, very spacious even toilet was fancy with auto opening and closing the lid while opening the doors. This was one of the best hotels I stayed.

We love tennis and planned for a game every morning. This is probably the only hotel that has 3 great indoor courts. The room was very roomy. Location was superb! Summer Palace was also great!

We stayed here for a week, and have stayed at this property for 20 years. This is an excellent location for Beijing - the mall has lots of food options, easy to get transport, and walking distance to some things (Beijing is just so huge.) The staff are very helpful and accommodating, the property is beautiful, and breakfast is fabulous (it is huge, so look at all the options before you decide.) Highly recommend!

There are touters peddling illegal service to guests alighting from taxi at the hotel lobby. The hotel security staff is sleeping.

It was generally fine; however, the check in process still has issues as it takes too long and that the staff at the front desk lacks English skills.. The rooms are generally good, but could use a few updates.. Need a general bar area as the lobby lounge is nice, but cold in the winter time..
