Staff members were very helpful either special mention of Zhao (Jones) at concierge who helped with our transportation to Xian train station and a great restaurant recommendation. Hotel location was perfect, amenities and hotel staff friendly helpful and attentive. The staff at check in noted that we were a family and proactively offered to place us in connecting rooms - this added touch of service was appreciated. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant- food was tasty. Overall a superb experience at Hilton which made our stay in Xian memorable.

The hotel facilities and amenities were as good as any international 5-Stars hotel. What inspired me was the customer service rendered. I injured both knees after a local mountain hike and had to be rested for couple of days in the hotel. Walking was difficult and all the assistance rendered by the staff made this bearable. The injuries improved a little and managed to fly home with minimal drama. In short, I am grateful to everyone who had made this stay memorable.

The Breakfast was amazing! The Spa was ny favorite experience. The pool abd sauna was great. Tbe rooms are midern abd very nice. TVs are old and no apps but you will be outside for thd most part exploring. Go to the Muslim District for all of the good food.

Beautifully clean room! The housekeeper made our room so fresh everyday! The staff are the stars in this hotel though! Every single one was a pleasure to meet! The bar person was a credit to the bar with her smiles and willingness to try to teach us a Chinese word or two!
