The hotel staff were very friendly and very kind... those of us who were hampered by language were really helped by them. The hotel is also clean and comfortable... Disneyland is very close and there is a shuttle service 👍.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, there is a shuttle bus from puddong airport to the hotel, hotel to disneyland, hotel to the bun. The room is big, all the facilities are very adequate, there is a children's playground, close to the metro station, close to the costco wholesale supermarket ... in front of the hotel there are several minimarkets, and at night there are many food stalls.

I visited this hotel on 2019 during my first trip to China. I was very impressed. Sadly, it seems since then the hotel has been maintained on a budget and if it’s another 6 years until I return, I’d think twice and double check reviews as at its current rate, I’d be worried. The room was just about acceptable as clean. Hairs, stuff left behind from the previous guests and cigarette singed sheets were not great. Not to mention that despite the hotel being non-smoking, my room smelled of smoke all 3 days. I considered going in the pool when I saw the photos but took one look and thought better of it. It didn’t give me a good clean vibe. The airport shuttles are great but you have to have a flight time of 9:30am earliest to use them. I think they only started at 7am which I can understand why, but lots of flights are underway by 9:30. My flight was 8:20, which is quite usual for a Saturday, but no flexibility from the hotel on transfer times. So I had to book a taxi. The main benefit is proximity to Disney and the coaches were great. The staff were just ok. I think they were doing their job alright, but I didn’t really get the sense they’d go out of their way unless prompted. Overall I think 3.5/5 is fair. I wouldn’t be surprised if this hotels ratings gradually come down over time. All the above said, I had a great 2 days at Disney and if you don’t use the hotels coach, the metro is about a 10 min walk and very cheap / easy. It wouldn’t be hard to turn the hotel round.

This place is a bit far. Convenient is they have free shuttle servce to and fr airport. Disneyland is nearby. If you are going disney this is the best choice. The price is average and provide good service. Food in the rest taste good. Unfortunately nothing to move around. Quite boring for long stay.
