All ok. Fruit could be ALOT FRESHER, day after day it was old and colorless. Barely eatable. Quality control for fruit. The cooked breakfast excellent

There was a tourbus of 20 people. Stood there for an hour. I would check in 1 single teaveler first, 5 minutes, then ofcourse the tourbus of 20. Common sense

It is in the area of the city you want to be in near the waterfront (but not right on the beach). The price is good. The rooms are ok, but nothing spectacular, but i don't need spectacular in a room. I just need to "sleep"

The staff were all super friendly and nice! I could leave my room key with them as I went out each day, my room was large and very clean. The pool was smaller than the pictures indicated but there were chairs around it to relax. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and most tours would pick up from it as well.

poor customer service-took 25 min to take care of me bathroom clogged instead of changing my room had to go and use another restroom outside my room elevator did not work not enough towels for each guest and soap no comforter unable to each reception from room dirty

A hotel itself is pretty basic the breakfast very basic. The staff on the other hand were very accommodating very nice. They upgraded my room because the first room they put me in was very small and smelled terribly. I could recommend this hotel if you’re just looking for basic accommodation and not luxury it is a good value and it’s conveniently located next to everything.

This place isn’t for tourists !!! As i came in. Big sign on elevator not working. I changed room due to bad smell. In the other room air conditioning wasn’t working so at 2am i was offered a room at the 4th floor no elevator. Now good luck moving your staff. Next day i asked a free night they refused and willing to give only half price on another night. Thanks to orbitz that saved me from that place. No hot water !!! What ?? They said in few days they’ll fix that…. Yea right like the elevator. Poor bedding. Internet disconnect all the time. Breakfast is a joke. Horrible. You wait 20 min until they talk to you. Antz all over tables. Not safe. At night only 1 worker at reception that can get easily to your room. The woman asked me not to write bad review but im sorry. I have to warn other ppl not to trap into this place. STAY AWAY as you can. Cheers.

This place should be closed elevated do not works, cold water how can we take a cold shower hell no! I just left the hotel after just signed in! This place is horrible.

Great services

Ac and shower was great after a long week in the islands . Staff very nice . They sent out my laundry great price . Pool was a nice addition. Only reason not 5 stars is because elevator was broke and carrying luggage to floor 3 was hot and hard. Location is great food and fun and beach right there

The Hotel OR is a great option to stay because tourists will be taken care of in a good way and tourists will have that piece of mind to go walk around the amazing places that the beautiful Cartagena has.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped arrange a tour for me that was excellent, better than the usual tourist agency down the street.

Nice street view from balcony (but I think only two apartments with balcony so maybe I got lucky). Breakfast is purposely cooked for you and good quality, so not unlimited buffet. Central, lots to do nearby, near restaurants, transport, beach, gym, shops. Cooler and fridge in room was surprisingly good. Secure building because no visitors allowed and reception very small. Very noisy area nearly all night/morning, no blackout blinds, no “do not disturb/clean” tag for door, none of the staff speak basic level of English. Overall, you get what you pay for (so don’t compare to Hilton or Caribe down the road) and if you don’t mind the night noise and speak a little Spanish then a good choice for travelling on a budget and I would return but most probably bring something to temporarily blackout windows.

This hotel has its pros and cons: Pros: -If you're seeking an affordable place within a short walking distance to the beach, this hotel is an excellent choice. Boca Grande beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away. -The neighborhood is safe and offers convenient access to amenities like banks, shops, and restaurants. It's also easy to find transportation to the city center within 10-20 minutes. Cons: - While they provide daily room cleaning, the sheets won't be changed unless you specifically request it. - The air conditioning doesn't have an automatic shut-off, leading to uncomfortably cold nights, especially since there are no comforters. - Curiously, they keep tight control over the towels, as if they're afraid they'll be stolen. Your towels often disappear as soon as you step out. - The hotel enforces numerous rules, giving the impression of being confined in a restrictive environment such as a jail. For each visitor you have, there's a charge of 70,000 COB before they're allowed to enter your room. This policy applies even if it's just a brief 1-hour massage, which can become quite costly if you have many friends visiting. Additionally, the staff's attitude towards visitors can be quite impolite. - Complimentary bottled water is not provided. - The breakfast experience is quite underwhelming and minimal. However, considering the price you pay, it's acceptable. In conclusion, I would not choose to stay there again. Best of luck in your decision-making.

Desde la llegada, La “encargada” con una actitud tenaz; las habitaciones nada que ver con las fotos, y el desayuno rodeado de palomas!!
