A paradisical stay with delicious breakfast and kind, helpful staff. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a quiet town with a beautiful view, Eden Atenas was wonderful. I retained the driver recommended by Eden Atenas for transport from the airport, and he was professional and excellent.

Eden Atenas is a delightful BnB, situated in a breathtaking location. The staff were thorough, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast that was provided was superb. Highly recommend for an authentic, immersed yet luxurious experience. Details: Rooms are open air meaning no AC On site pool is refreshing and a perfect option to cool down On site wildlife is part of the rainforest immersion! Nothing alarming - some iguanas, noles, and several species of bird. Eden Atenas is gated and private, offering secure onsite parking. Highly recommend!

Resort is a little older and needs some refreshing but is still very nice. Large and clean pool! Large covered balcony with lounge area and shared cooking area. This is a great space for dining al fresco, doing group yoga, working, playing games or just relaxing and watching nature. Also make sure you dont need a/c. This is an eco resort. I didn't pay attention to that part of the details but still lovely at night with the fan on.

There are not enough positive words that I can say about Eden Atenas. From the moment we checked in, it was paradise. Inid (not sure the spelling) and Lucy, the chihuahua, greeted us graciously and were a pleasure. The grounds are amazingly beautiful with a very large variety of plants and trees. The birds were plentiful and gorgeous. We staying in the suite in the back and it was perfect. Would love to visit again in the future.

Eden Atenas is a wonderful place to stay. The included breakfast every morning is nothing short of incredible!!! The staff was so nice all the time and were always available to answer any questions we had about the area. Our hot water went out on day 2 but the host graciously moved us to a cabana with instant hot water. If you get the chance, upgrade to a cabana…100% worth it

While it is not walkable to town, it is a beautiful, quiet, secluded oasis with a lovely garden, spectacular birds and an incredibly warm and helpful staff who helped us order dinner to be delivered and made us one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. We were sad to leave and will definitely return!

This property is beautiful! We stayed in the cabin which is the furthest from the front gate. It involved a little bit of a trek with our luggage but was well worth it for the lovely, breezy room and the view. We saw tons of butterflies and hummingbirds as well as other birds including chachalacas, mot mots, and a toucan. Also a cute agouti! Everything was neat and clean. The mattress was the most comfortable one we had in any of the small places we stayed in Costa Rica. Breakfast was delicious. I feel like the dogs have gotten a lot of attention in other reviews so shout out to the big gray and white cat that systematically moves around among various awesome napping spots around the property and graciously accepts adoration from guests. I highly recommend asking them about getting a massage while you're there. There's a highly skilled massage therapist across the street.

Eden Atenas seemed a bit in the middle of nowhere, when we arrived in the dark - and it was very dark. But when we woke up the morning we were surrounded by the most beautiful jungle gardens, a gorgeous pool, such a kind caretaker who made a gorgeous simple breakfast where we watched hummingbirds. Eden. Just like it says. There isn't anywhere exciting to go outside the compound but inside it's a magical retreat. Someone should write a great novel there.
