Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

TLDR: Helpful staff but aging infrastructure. We stayed for 3 nights. The first room had a strong odd odour (probably of dampness). The staff moved us to a new room that smelled clean. Unfortunately, the second room had water a water leak from the bathroom ceiling. We informed the staff, and they sent a technician that told us that it would require a repairman and that he can't help us. They did not have any other rooms that night, so we stayed there one more night.

Overall our experience was great. The room was spacious and the amenities (pool, gym and outdoor cooldown area) were enjoyable. Great location with access to all key sites

Courtyard Rm selected. More like a jungle. Egg selection at breakfast not promoted but available upon request. Rm's very Dark.

From check in to the hotel staff, the place was immaculate clean and organized. Breakfast fantastic with many or every choice! Rooms clean and spacious. Thanks for a great time and great location!

Everything was perfect during my stay. The room and bathroom were spotless and had plenty of tea, coffee, toiletries which were replaced every day. The staff was very helpful with directions etc. I ate at the restaurant and the food was super and very reasonably priced. The waiter was so helpful. The bar staff was lovely too. Overall I loved every minute of my trip. Thank you

The room was a bit tight but clean. Bathroom tub was high and not convenient for senior.. We had breakfast and the patron kept reminding us to pay for it when checking out!! Leaving the restaurants she told us she will be there till 10;30 and upn checking out while in line to pay she rushed to the receptionist to tell them we had breakfast!! Weird behavior!

We stayed for one night, but were absolutely satisfied with everything. Definitely coming back. Also would like to give a shoutout to Mrs.Dragica who was working at breakfast as a hostess. She was amazing, very kind, funny and welcoming. Well done!!!

Excellent condition. Staff very friendly & helpful

We stayed for two nights—Thursday and Friday. The room was good, with a clean bathroom and a firm mattress. The hotel staff also helped with our medical needs. The first night went really well. However, our room was located directly above a night club, and we felt vibrations from the throbbing bass sounds until 4:00 a.m. on Friday night / Saturday morning. We called the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do. It seems the building is shared with multiple businesses. I also mentioned this upon check-out, but I received a very mechanical apology, and the staff member told me she would inform the landlord. If they were already aware of this issue, the hotel should not have assigned that room—especially for a Friday night. If anyone stays at this hotel on a weekend, make sure your room is not above the club.

Always a pleasure staying here, albeit there were an issue or 2 this time .. but once I’m in Zagreb , I can’t think of a better place to stay .
