Petr communication was amazing. Messaged before and after our trip. The facilities were great. Amazing room. Walkable to all the sites in Prague. Only 5 minute walk to an amazing shopping centre and food court too. Great location overall. Very safe and what a beautiful city Prague is!

La chambre et l'hôtel sont impeccables. Le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et nombreux. Mais, il faisait trop chaud dans l'hôtel et dans la chambre, compliqué de dormir dans ces conditions. Obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Et la piscine était trop froide, dommage, un ou deux degrés de plus auraient tout changé

You can see that the hotel is a bit older. It was also quite cold in the room during our stay. Unfortunately there was no cable car running, so the shuttle ride down to the hotel was a little longer

The only entrance to this hotel is via cable car, and can get so busy that waiting time is long. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Nice bathroom. The pool area is always full of kids in the evening its impossible to swim! Or to take a dip in jacuzzi! There should be limited time for kids use! The system of QR codes in the room is so terrible, we didnt get any new towells, or there was no explanation what coffee you are drinking or how much cost the mini bar. The information of services is different from the room’s book to reception. This is not a 4* hotel. Now I know why it was cheap.

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful. Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time one of us turned around and smell of drainage coming from the bathroom. For the price we paid I expected a better/more comfortable and up to date room but overall people working there made up for it.

Directions on website to hotel were poor in that they failed to articulate that the easiest route was via the adjacent NH City Hotel. Staff were generally fine, but lass helpful than staff at NH Collection in Barcelona or Berlin.

We brought our dog and they were very friendly and had a beautiful garden for walking. We did not like the shuttle or lift as the dog was not allowed. The room and service was very nice.

Nice view of city. Tasty tea and Nespresso coffee in the room. The cable car was very special, we have never used this kind of elevator to reach our hotel :) The breakfast was very good, fresh juices every day, lots of freshly cooked food-eggs, sausages, bacons, pastry, sliced, dairy products, salmon and champagne etc. After tiring visit tour in the old town we liked the jacuzzi, sauna and pool. The restaurant in the hotel was so expensive, the wine was excellent, but the food not so good as expensive.
