Great property, loved the place, decor, amenities!!! Only thing would be the dryers take for ever !

This is my go-to hotel for stays in Copenhagen. Well-equipped for both short- and long-term visits. Quiet building, strong wifi and just the right amount of amenities.

Best stay ever.

The communication from the property was excellent and the facilities well kept.

It was very cozy, great little personal touches make it feel more like apartment than hotel, close to a metro station, grocery steppe a block away, several cafes nearby.

Excellent apartment that was very warm and cozy. Straightforward communication through WhatsApp with a quick response time to questions. Excellent facilities - kitchen, bathroom amenities, etc, and shared laundry room (washer and dryers) which is free, detergent also included, and luggage storage. A little far from the city centre but 8 minute walk from Metro Station. Nice parks and lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The facilities at Bob W. Copenhagen are clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. I appreciated the handwritten welcome card – a thoughtful touch that made my arrival feel personal. The location is in a peaceful residential area, but access to shops, bars, and restaurants is somewhat limited. However, the proximity to a Metro station helps with getting around. The check-in process, though, left me baffled. Since there's no reception, I received written instructions, but they didn’t provide a code for the lift, which is accessed from an external courtyard. However, I could use the lift without issue once inside the building, but I couldn’t take it up from the courtyard. When I raised this with management, their response was awkward. They said guests couldn’t use that lift and directed me to another one inside the building – but no such lift seemed to exist. The building actually has three lifts: the external one in question and two others at either end of the main corridor, marked for staff use only. When I tried one, a gentleman stopped me from using it. This lack of clarity and professionalism left me frustrated and uncertain about the staff's seriousness. As a result, I had to climb four flights of stairs throughout my stay, which added unnecessary discomfort. While the facilities are great, the confusing and inconsistent service makes it hard for me to recommend Bob W. Østerbro.

It was clean and comfortable

The accessibility to the surrounding areas and safety. Clean and well kept installations, plenty of services and amenities.

Good value no frills hotel. No housekeeping during stay so our stay was carbon neutral. Extra towels etc were readily available. Complimentary washer dryer in the common room is a plus. Short walk to metro and supermarket.

The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in

It was fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

The check-in to the room was a bit difficult, especially with heavy luggage and no elevator to 2nd floor, which was not mentioned when we made the reservations. We also need to go through a rocky path between apartments which makes it even difficult to drag the luggage. The rate is lower compared to other hotels around, so maybe that's the inconvenience you need to bear.

Only fault was noisy corridors can be heard from rooms, so not easy to have a lie in, otherwise a great studio room and great communication from the Bob W team.

Good property, the bonuses are the kitchen and available laundry facility. Also the pass to the gym. The bed mattress was too soft and the pillows were all too high, there should be a better pillow selection. For public transport you have to walk a few blocks, it's not bad.

Last week my husband and I enjoyed a delightful 4-night stay at Bob W Østerbro in Copenhagen, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The contemporary design of the space was stunning, blending sleek modern aesthetics with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every detail was meticulously thought out, creating a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. This might sound silly but one of the standout features was the amazing conditioner provided. It left my hair feeling incredibly soft and smelling wonderful, which is a rare find in most accommodations. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a plug adapter in the room—a small but incredibly thoughtful touch that made my stay even more convenient. Overall, Bob W Østerbro provided a perfect blend of comfort, style, and practicality, making my birthday visit to Copenhagen truly memorable. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to the city!

Clean, welcoming and easy stay.

We booked a double bed with kitchen. Although the space is small but it was clean and had everything we need. I forgot to bring my converter and it even provided this in the room. Few small things to be noted for people who would like to stay: The bed for two people was ok to fit in but kind of crowded. They provided microwave but you have to pick up the machine from the luggage room.
