The staff was very helpful, happy to help, in general i was very happy from the time that u arrived untill the time that I left

Staff were great

When we went to our room there was hair all over the bed and the shower and it looked like it had not been cleaned. Additionally the room looked nothing like the photo of our booking, and they gave us a smaller room. I had to go down and tell them the room needed to be cleaned and there was hair everywhere.

The property was clean, small, and compact. The hallways smelled like a locker room. The staff was nice professional and helpful. It was accessible for transportation, convenience stores, and cafés as well as scenic views.

The hotel was good cannot find any major faults. The gym could be offered for free though especially when considering the price of the room. Luggage room was offered for free (unlike other hotels in Copenhagen). The room was rather spacious considering (i guess i was upgraded) but the bathroom room small but clean. The shower room had a curtains only. It was sound insulated. The most annoying thing was the power sockets work only with the room light switched on. I could not charge the mobile on the desk or in the bed during night. Only option to unplug the TV and charge it there. The location is good too, perfect in my case as meeting was at Forum but if visiting center the buses and metro just a 4 minute walk away and very frequent. I walked it too a couple of times. Breakfast i did not try. All in all a good short stay.

The bunk bed is too high and close to the ceiling good only for teens. Room is so tight for the price. We paid 400$ cad per night. Location is good near the metro and downtown is walking distance.

A nice hotel, rooms really small (and no air conditioning, so room a bit hot at times), but breakfast included option definitely a plus. A good budget hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. I was able to walk to a lot of places.

The hotel was as advertised, very basic. I would really not recommend the breakfast, it was awful. Nothing was freshly made it was all ready made food and nothing for Vegetarians or Vegans, not even oat milk.

Tap off the sink didn’t work, took 3 times to tell it at the desk. Matras of minor quality.

Peace. Place was easy to find from the airport train, 6 min walk to the metro, food, shopping & sights. Staff was kind & room was just enough.

Very "Scandic" design of the room. Don't feel it was big enough for family of four. Maybe there are big rooms but were not available for our dates. Location is very convenient and useful for business travellers. Helpful staff. They would change the sheets and toiletries every day on request. Free storage room.

Excellent staff - helpful and courteous. Very good, reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Rooms a bit tired decor wise but clean and had everything you needed. Forum metro station only five minutes walk away.
