We arrived at 1am after a delayed flight and were greeted by friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was spacious, comfortable and a nice view over the docks. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. My son found the gym a bit disappointing as he was expecting something bigger with more equipment. Otherwise the hotel was everything we wanted.

Copenhagen Island Hotel was a nice hotel, though maybe a little further away from the main city's attractions, if travelling without a car. Excellent location for riverside walks and bike rides. Even though we had a city (Ikea!) view from our room, still pleasant enough. We were able to see the late night firework display from Tivoli on Saturday evening, bonus! Housekeeping by request, which suited us fine, though our room was serviced on day 4 of our 5 night stay.

This is our go to place when we visit family in DK! You cannot beat the location with many rooms having harbor views. Great little restaurant downstairs and if you need any other food or shopping there is Frisketorvet Mall!

The building is quite new and well maintained, the room was spotless, has a mini bar and a kettle. We arrived in the morning and the roo was available, which was super nice after the long trip. They have an outdoor pool in the sea canal. The water is cold, but there is a gym and the sauna on the top floor, you can warm up there. The views were beautiful from the room and the restaurant. Breakfast buffett had a good variety of foods. The stuff was attentive to our needs at all times.

4 star experience because a 50-meter harbour lap pool is unbeatable. And very congenial evening restaurant service. 5th floor room with beautiful views, windows, balcony. However, a number of things are not to Copenhagen standard: - 3 days of trying to get the room cleaned - app check-in does not upgrade, provide perks, offer cleaning or room service - iron is not steam. Bring your own steamer to look professional - no coffee maker and minimal amenities - no blackout curtains - 2nd floor (before upgrade) bathroom had bad smell from drains

Very nice hotel in a decent location, only a few minutes walk from a metro station and major train station, as well as a major shopping centre. Nice and quiet area too, only downside was that I had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned up, but otherwise, this was a very pleasant stay

I was highly impressed by the staff, who were wonderful during checkin, breakfast, and storing our suitcases. The friendly and accommodating treatment elevated the entire experience. At first I felt ambivalent about a room directly next to the lobby. The room was the most quiet room I have stayed in compared to probably hundreds of hotels. We absolutely loved the walk from the hotel to the city center as it took as along the water from modern architecture to the old city center.
