Close to city, quiet and clean

Disgusting and broken showers Noisy street Noisy building, you can hear everything including your hotel neighbour coughing Beds are so uncomfortable Beds were not clean, lots of dirt between the matress cover and the main sheet.. elevator feels like its going to break etc.. I have been in 2 stars hotels before but nothing like this...

Let at parkere. Ingen klude eller viskestykker i køkkenet, kun 2 håndklæder! . Der var meget beskidt da vi ankom og der LUGTEDE virkelig dårligt, af en blanding af våd hund, kloak og manglende udluftning. Der var støv, snavs, skidt og skimmel alle steder. Køkkenskabe var beskidte og skuffen med affaldsspanden har vist ikke været rengjort meget længe. Vandhanen i køkkenet er fuldstændig kalket til, så der kun kom en meget tynd stråle ud. Vandtrykket i bruseren er nærmest ikke eksisterende. I standerlampe i stuen, manglede den ene pære og den der var der blinkede, så man ikke kunne holde ud at have den tændt. Vi kunne ikke klage før den næste dag, da receptionen var lukket da vi kom tilbage fra en gåtur og ville flytte vores ting ind. Vi gik ned i brugsen og købte nogle duftblokke, ellers kunne vi ikke holde ud at være der, det var forfærdeligt. Vi klagede selvfølgelig den næste morgen og der blev efterfølgende gjort rent, så det var tåleligt at være der. Det skulle det jo have været fra starten, det er under al kritik at sådan en "studio lejlighed" IKKE er kontrolleret og rengjort inden vi ankom. Der er ingen møbler eller grønne planter på svalegangen. Ved trappen indenfor hoveddøren flyder det med reklamer og aviser. Døren ud til svalegangen larmer og knirker hver gang den åbnes. Det er træls, når man sover lige på den anden side af væggen. Det er både første, sidste og eneste gang vi overnatter her. Hotels.com burde ikke samarbejde med dette "Hotel".............

Great appartement for a æow price

Room was okay. More of the smell/scent in general needs improvement

Det var et fint hotel/værelset for en enkle overnatning men når man skulle i bad var det enten skjoldene varmt eller is koldt så det var umuligt at gå i bad, håber i for fikset det.

The room was fine, but not the best. There was some broken things at the WC and shower, sad to see that the water pressure was low. Confused a bit, but yeah

I had a rough start at the hotel because there was nobody there when I wanted to check in. then there was a screw up with not being able to get back into the room with the card which could have been partly my fault. But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having staff on site. Also, there's no free wifi, and the wifi that you pay for isn't very good. But I do want to say that, once those issues were dealt with it was great. If you're just looking for a good clean place to sleep, with good beds, linens and storage areas, this is a great place. Free, good wifi would really help too.

The appartment had what was needed for two persons.

Good option for a one night

Smelly hallway, dirty shared washrooms. Worst checkin. Their office closes at 5pm everyday. If you dont have a danish number to call them to open backdoor for entry, good luck looking for help. We reached at 6pm and had hard time finding some one to help.

Rooms for the most part were pretty good for what they were. We had double bunk beds. The space between them was a large suitcase flipped opened horizontally if sitting on aode of bed. Would NOT be able to open it vertically. Parking lot is very limited. The rooms were pretty well cleaned, though we did find some random hairs on the bedding. Biggest issue was with the bathrooms. The bathrooms need a serious update. Toilet room and shower may have been clean, but the stuff is so outdated, worn out and stained, but you dont know and are afraid to use. If the bathroom and shower facilities were updated, I would gove this place an overall 5 for the value you are paying.

It was fine , just more cleaning

The location was SUPER, rooms fine. The standard is more like a hostel, but fine for us, we ware there for the location only.

Central - parking space - good price

Close to the metro with connection to the airport.

not expensive place, clean, well placed but not practical for tourist, if you arrive outside of desk hours, you have to call them, they will not give you your access by message and not all tourist can call. It says parking, but it's a very small parking os be careful, it can be full when you arrive

No personal contact. Absolutely no service. The building seemed not cared for. The reception was closed even though we came in the opening hours - a friday at 15 o’clock. We were guided over the phone to the back entry, but again no personal contact. The room came with a toilet on the hall which was filled with poop. Absolutely NOT worth the price. I will not recommend.
