Gorgeous facility with the most comfortable lounge spaces throughout the lobby. Room was very spacious with an oversized king bed. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Service was very warm and pleasant.

In general room is in good condition, spacious and well equipped with amenities. Service is good
Only thing to be mindful of is that some of the areas are not cleaned properly. There are dust on water kettle, some glasses and corners of bathroom and main room

Great location! The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms and bedroom were pristine. We enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast. Awesome views from the rooftop.
We will happily return to this hotel if we return to Copenhagen.

Room was comfortable and the location was very convenient with a Metro station within 150 metres or so.
Nearby eating options were a little limited. The options within the hotel were very expensive and not attractive to our taste.
Staff were not generally welcoming and warm with one exception .

Phillipe in engineering was very helpful. We were disappointed that the room's electrical system failed and no one could help us for HOURS, until Phillipe. I am also shocked that there was no adjustment to our cost for such an incredible inconvenience. The free apples and caramel were insignificant comparatively.

Since the check-in, the experience was great. Catalina at the front desk was very nice and gave us a lot of tips of the city. Lived the Roof, amazing views and great service. The room had a very nice view and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very friendly.
