We stayed two nights and very much liked the location. We wanted to visit Hjelmerstald and that was near the hotel so we did not need a car. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel had a very nice breakfast buffet. They upgraded us to a suite which was very nice but I will say the the leather furniture was very scratched and old. I think other things outweighed all of that so our stay was wonderful.

La salle de bain était propre mais vieillotte. Les portes devraient être rénovées. Il y avait 2 cheveux noirs à l’intérieur du lit. Le personnel d’entretien devrait porter des coiffes. Nous avons très bien dormi, les matelas sont parfaits 💫

Friendly, nice and overall welcoming and helpful staff. Unfortunately, not helped by outdated rooms- some pretty awful- at first appearance. Mattress toppers and pillows are extremely soft. Not comfortable for most in our group. No option for different firm pillows either. Towels all fraying and old. Desperately needs an update to help the staff do their job. Management needs to invest back into this place.

Great location for visiting Aalborg with convenient parking on site. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit tired and could use some updates/repairs. Our beds were not the comfiest.

I thought the towels and pillows need replacing. They are old. The shower curtain too. Although water is drinkable in Denmark (no need of bottled water) they should have water fountains in each floor hallway. The room had no complementary water so I found myself after arriving late at night without water in my room. Yes, there was the expensive water from the mini bar but I don't spend ,money in mini bars. ALL hotels have complementary water. I am not referring to cheap hotels, but hotel of this quality (business rooms) usually have complementary water in the room. You have slippers & bathrobe, you should have complementary water. Please do not tell your clients that the water in Denmark is drinkable and to drink water from the bathroom, which is what reception told me to do. I didn't find it very hygienic. One good thing about the room was the dark curtains because it gets bright early...

Great location. Lounge area is very nice. Breakfast was lovely. Bedding also lovely, along with our view. Only thing not giving this a 10/10 was the bathroom was a little dated but wouldn’t stop me from recommending this hotel to anyone.
