Great hotel for a Copenhagen visit. 5 mins walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the central town area (shopping/restaurants/etc)

Location and cleanness…. The only thing was the wifi connection it was poor

Great for a solo traveller and close to attractions.

Well, I know I booked the hotel that is on cheap side, but this hotel was way too bad. When I first checked in, room was obviously dirty. Beddings were smelly, had some kind of smell like when they're not dried properly ( or maybe not even washed). And I saw the hair from previous guest, watermarks all over the bathrooms. The showerbooth's door doesnt stay properly, I mean its kindda broken. Room was too dark, I saw few lightbulbs that are not turning on, but as there was no switches for those, seems like they are broken. It says they got blackout curtain. Not at all. It's just curtain. Staffs were fine, self check in was easy and convenient, but I would never want to go back.

The hotel was perfectly located for me and the other plans I had in the city, with a bus stop nearby and a pleasant walk to the central parts. The keyless app-based entry took a little getting used to initially but it worked a treat. The room was comfortable and clean, and I'd happily stay here again as it was great value for money.

I booked because of its convenience to the train station. Excellent links to the airport and about a 15 minute walk to Christiansborg Palace. Room is basic but clean and if stopping for a city break what more do you need? Check in / out is very efficient and breakfast is good value with fabulous views across the city.

This hotel is in a great central location, so was an ideal base for exploring the city and accessing the train aswell! Staff are super friendly! The rooms are fairly compact, although beds are comfortable and have all you need! Breakfast is worth it for the view alone, the restaurant is on the 10th floor so you have a view of the whole city 😍 My only gripe really is that there is no latch on the window so it can be fully opened, which isnt ideal when you have kids in the room, so somethings to watch out for, as they're large enough for an adult to fit through let alone a child.

Only had a couple of days to see the City. Wakeup Bernstorffsgade was in an excellent location for walking from the train station (train to airport), into the city centre and to the waterfront.

What I will say it is pretty good for the price, but I think for what you get it should be maximum £45 per night. The mattress is not really a mattress, but rather an insert, the carpet was dirty when I arrived and there were dark hairs all over the bedding. The lounge/ reception area is really good though and if you can get it at around 40 a night (and you are only staying one night) then this is not a bad choice

The staff and atmosphere were great. It’s small like a basic cruise ship room size, but I didn’t mind it for just me. It could’ve been a little cleaner. It was surface clean, but could use a real deep cleaning. A stayed there just to sleep, so I was in and out.

When I was told on check in day (I was 2 hours early) that I had to pay 20 DKK for self storage locker at basement , I was appalled. But later when I checked the left locker rate at train station .. is 70 DKK so is probably cheaper to do so at hotel. I felt this could have been a complimentary service to guests Other than this .. the hotel is located next to canal. u can see brave people swimming in the cold waters of Jan. is located about 11 mins walk from bus terminal.. n 10 mins walk to Central station Thus to me , is strategically located . A short walk to shopping . dinner options . I strolled slowly to the National Museum talking in the sights . I think there will be many activities in the summer months in the canal . But is cool to have a cup of take away coffee n sit along the canal n zone out in the cold months . The bed is comfy enough though the pillows too small n soft to my liking . There’s a IKEA store and a big shopping centre n IMAX near to bus terminal Thus I recommend this place !
