The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable, if you're price includes breakfast, you have a good choice of food too choose from,the hotel is in a good location if you like to watch a cricket match in Canterbury.

Lovely fantastic value hotel - superb big rooms. The garden at the rear is beautiful. Staff were fantastic, really helpful. Location excellent as well just a short walk into the centre of beautiful Canterbury. Highly recommended.

I stayed overnight in this amazing hotel in Canterbury with my family. We never expected that this was such an huge apartment with plenty of space. My kids enjoyed playing inside. All the rooms including bedroom, living, kitchen and toilets were neat and clean. Kitchen with essentials made it easy for us to make some breakfast, tea, coffee. Great place to stay with parking near the town centre. There is also bar and breakfast - but we haven’t used it. Finally, the staffs were friendly and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels/apartments but this one made it memorable and worth staying as they showed me around the hotel- rooms and briefed about the facilities. It was fantastic.

The four poster bed room was a nice touch. We hadn't realised there was a hot tub, so that was a nice touch. We didn't use the bar and outdoor seating, but they looked nice. We were quite impressed with breakfast too.

The receptionist was courteous and friendly. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished and was great for us to stay in for a couple of nights. The paintwork needs a make over in the bedroom and bathroom and a new carpet in the bedroom but as they are renovating the outside I am assuming all this is on their to do list. It was a good stay though.

Only a short strip from the centre and parking is a real bonus. Nice building and cosy bar area. Breakfast was help yourself and had good variety. Our room was directly above reception so on the road we could hear cars. Also the telephone started to ring loudly at reception at 7am which woke us. Other than that it was nice and good value for money.

The room was not very clean. The shower has mildew growing between the shower tiles and around the exterior rim of the tub. There were spiders and a ton of cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. The carpet was dirty. The kitchen did not have enough plates for the number of beds offered. We did not use parking or the breakfast. The service was adequate, but we got locked out of the back door at 10am. We did enjoy our stay, and would stay again- but with the knowledge that this is not a 5-star stay
