Very friendly check in by Kevin, the proprietor. We had a ground floor room with countryside views which were lovely. It was so peaceful! The room was comfortable, well furnished and equipped to a good standard. Breakfast cooked by Kevin was excellent with generous, well cooked portions. The property is well placed to explore Lynton and a car is essential.Lynmouth but the information provided by Expedia is incorrect when it states that it’s only a seven minute walk to Lynton‘s cliff railway. The Exmoor Hotel is nearly three miles from Lynton.

We really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing and quiet, a comfortable room with a fantastic shower, lovely and unhurried breakfast. Highly recommended!
