Wonderful property in a Georgian home. Rooms are small but very comfortable. We were able to walk to tourist spots (Buckingham Palace, Tower of London), plus restaurants and shops!

Very mediocre place. Pretty disappointing considering the glowing reviews. Condition is more shabby than the photos appear. Room was clea but incredibly small even for a single and you can hear every movement of the neighbors. Would choose somewhere else next time.

We had a lovely stay at the Georgian House Hotel, Very clean rooms and the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Victoria station. The downside is it’s quite noisy as we could hear the person upstairs at 6 o’clock in the morning having a shower and banging around. Having said that we did tell the hotel and it did improve.

The Georgian House Hotel is a unique, boutique hotel located near Victoria Station. I stayed in the tiny room as a solo traveler & this room truly is tiny. However, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, & the shower hot. Tea and biscuits were replenished daily by housekeeping staff. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, & St. James Gardens are all located within a short walking distance. I would recommend this hotel if one is seeking a nice, clean, economical room in a centralized London location.

My daughter and I were given a tiny room. Once we had our suitcases on the floor, there was very little room to move around; there was hardly room at the foot of the bed and between the built in closet/ desk for me to walk past. I had to walk sideways. The bathroom was minuscule; literally the room to stand in the bathroom was the size of the bath mat. Tiny for one person, two people impossible. Staff were friendly. Location excellent close to Victoria station and about a 20 min walk to WM Abbey. Good dining nearby also. Good, safe area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel is very clean. Continental breakfast was fine but not extensive choices.

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian House Hotel, especially as a family who loves Harry Potter! We stayed in the Family Wizard Chamber, which was adorable—the kids loved the themed games, coins, and gifts. The beds were fun, and the overall atmosphere was magical. While it did get a bit too hot in the room, we were able to easily find how to adjust the heat from the radiator online (the staff leaves in the evening, so we didn’t have anyone to ask). The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! They assisted with carrying our luggage up and down the steep stairs during both check-in and check-out—five loads in total! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options to start the day right. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a charming, memorable spot for families, especially Harry Potter fans!

My 1st time in London and my trip was made even more fantastic thanks to lovely staff at this beautiful hotel. I was made to feel very welcome by Justin on my arrival and he helped me greatly with local knowledge of the area and topped it off with a surprise free upgrade! The hotel itself was immaculate and actually felt more ‘homely’ than a hotel. The surrounding area was beautiful with all the Georgian style residences. If visiting the area again I will be sure to return. Oh and after mistakenly leaving my phone charger it was sent on to me at home, yet another wonderful personal touch.

Room clean and had everything you require. good selection for breakfast, staff friendly and obliging. Had our room changed to a downstairs one which was great but as it was at the front it was noisy which we were warned about but overall would stay there again

Quirky little hotel with friendly staff, we stayed in one of the enchanted chambers. Great idea but missing a few essentials such as no mirror for getting ready (I'm 5”4 and could only see top half of my head in the mirror) not near any plug sockets. Dim lighting is great for ambiance but not great for getting ready (makeup etc). Only one bed side table so partner had nowhere to put their glass of water etc. also the enchanted chambers are in the basement and being an old building the floorboards above are extremely creaky and loud, so it was noisy until around midnight and then again from around 7am, so no chance of a sleep in. Breakfast was good. Location amazing. Close enough to stroll to the centre, but in a fairly quiet street. We would stay again but not in one of the enchanted chambers as the other rooms look a lot better from photos we saw online.
